My wife and I spent 10 nights at the O&O - the Palm, in a Junior Suite with Pool and were quite simply blown away! The hotel is spotlessly clean, decorated and designed beautifully and the service some of the best I’ve had in hotels around the world. Having a suite with a good sized pool, enabled us to have a host service, which for us was Ian and he ensured we wanted for absolutely nothing and made our stay all the more better. He was able to help us with everything from sourcing forgotten items, to confirming reservations at one of their 4 restaurants - all of which offered fantastic food; the in room dining service was also magnificent, there was an enormous breakfast buffet and a la Carte offering and I don’t think we had a single bad meal. The beach and pool areas, as well as the grounds are spotless and maintained daily and another nice touch is the Hotel’s collection of Rabbits and Falconers who carry Owls and Hawks. The staff all over the hotel are profoundly friendly and helpful and special mentions for us go to Ian (of course), Joel on the beach, Krishna, Jerzy(?) and the whole breakfast team, as well as the Concierge team who are very keen to assist when entering and leaving the resort.

We had the most wonderful stay at the one and only. Our host Brendon made our stay easy and helped us organise everything that we needed. He was cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. He actually made our stay. The assistant manager was also very helpful and the staff at breakfast were very cheerful. I would highly recommend the hotel. We had a great time and can’t wait to revisit.

We have just returned from an incredible stay from start to finish at this beautiful hotel. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were greeted by a smile and exceptional service by Andrew who got us checked in and showed us to our room. We stayed in the main Manor House which we loved as were close to everything and the rooms are out of this world, you really feel like you are staying in a palace. The hotel is like something from a fairytale, it’s immaculate and every corner you turn is just beautiful. We spent most of our days at the grand pool and were looked after by the staff who work so hard constantly in the heat to ensure you have everything you need (sorry we can’t remember your names but you are amazing!) We cannot thank the staff enough for their attentiveness throughout our whole stay, with a special mention to our housekeeper Susmita who was so kind and made sure we were comfortable in our room, Marinelle in Zest restaurant who greeted us every morning with a smile and our dedicated host Casey who was always checking in to ensure we had everything we required. These people we had the most contact with but every person was incredible. We are already looking forward to returning and feel like we now won’t be able to stay anywhere else after our experience at the One and Only. Thank you again and see you next year

Honestly brilliant experience! The hotel room is so excellent, all the service from the staff is great too! Brilliant service especially from Ahmed and Andrew, who really helped us so much. They really go out of there way to show you how much they care and also give out really nice gestures that go a long way. Another mention for Ashwin too, whose service was brilliant and just made our experience even better. The food as well, the breakfast and dinner - the staff are very accommodating and easy with food options and choices. Also definitely get the pizza, it’s unreal! Brilliant stay overall.

The stay has been exceptional—such a peaceful hotel with top-notch service. The staff are all amazing! Sharath gave us a lovely tour of the hotel, super friendly and helpful. Farzana was our host, always quick to respond and available whenever we needed anything. And Greece from the concierge team was incredibly supportive. I’ll definitely be coming back—truly a wonderful experience!
