I recently stayed at Palace downtown hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and offered stunning views. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my stay. This was our first visit to Dubai and the first hotel we stayed at. The hotel is designed in a beautiful oriental style, perfectly clean and smelling nice. The location is in the heart of Dubai, everything is within walking distance: the famous singing fountain, Dubai Mall, various restaurants and cafes. By taxi in the immediate vicinity you can easily get to other attractions of the city and museums at an affordable price, there is also a metro nearby. The staff is very hospitable, smiling, ready to help with any issue. My sister had a birthday, and we were not without pleasantly unexpected surprises. It was very nice and enjoyable. We are delighted. The cleaning of the rooms is of high quality, at the highest level. The staff is very attentive. During the day, they asked if we needed anything else. In addition to everything else, there was a careful attitude toward our belongings. We also forgot our wallet in a visible place, and no one took advantage of it, which was incredibly pleasant for us to find the contents untouched. The kitchen offers a buffet for every taste, with various dishes and cuts. Everything is fresh and very tasty. Special thanks to the receptionist (alas, we do not remember the name of the man who registered us and made a pleasant surprise for my sister's birthday on behalf of the hotel). He met us and saw us off on the last evening of our departure. Thanks to all the staff who worked for us (reception, managers, tour agent for excursions, cooks, waiters, cleaners). I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the staff for making my stay truly memorable. From the moment I arrived everyone was friendly and eager to help. The front desk team was efficient and knowledgeable, ensuring a smooth check-in process specially to Mr. James and Mr. Sido i truly appreciate you guys for making my day special, thanks to you guys! Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made me feel welcome. Overall, I highly recommend Palace Downtown for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Truly the best hotel we’ve stayed in! This was our third time visiting Dubai and have always admired the Palace Downtown so decided to stay there this time around. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest staff. Our room (deluxe with lake views) was immaculate and had every amenity you could think of, including a spacious balcony with spectacular views. We dined at three of the restaurants and couldn’t fault a single one. Breakfast was served in Ewaan each day and was easily one of our favourite parts of the day. We couldn’t fault a single moment of our stay, and can’t wait to return. Thank you Palace Downtown!
