Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you to ALL staff at this amazing hotel. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel extra special it was amazing how every member of staff was with my 1 year old daughter.
We had a small issue with our room that was very quickly rectified and we were very grateful how it was resolved which led to us continuing to enjoy our stay.
I want to say a huge thank you to Jamie in Kanna for making some amazing cocktails and making us all feel so welcome. Also the whole staff in Kanna were GREAT with my daughter again making us all feel extra special and this way by far our favourite restaurant at the hotel.
Carla and Sergio in Guest Relations were amazing helping us with bookings for restaurants when times weren’t available in the app and making recommendations for things to do during the day.
The pool bar was great for a quick bite to eat and refreshments throughout the day.
I have not a bad word to say about this hotel and very much look forward to our return very soon!

Just came home from 10 days staying at this wonderful hotel.
It was the first holiday with our 7 month old and I can’t thank the staff enough for making it the most amazing experience. Nothing was ever too big and they were so accommodating with her food especially Robert at the shack bar.
Everything was perfection and I would most definitely stay again. Thank you to all staff there you are wonderful!

This is the place where I discovered Melia 10 years ago and since then I am traveling only in Melia hotels. Now the hotel has been transformed into Paradisus, being completely renovated. The resort is the ideal place for adults with separate areas, but also for families with children. They do have activities available almost all day long. The food is diversified, having a buffet restaurant as well as a la carte restaurants. The staff is fantastic and I must send a huge thank to them! Every time they do their best to make you feel special!
I appreciate everything you do here and I'm already looking to book my next holiday at Paradisus Gran Canaria 💙

My Partner and I had an amazing experience at the Gran Paradisus, everything was exceptional from the drinks and food to the rooms and service provided throughout.
Experiences can be arranged which also add another dimension to the trip, we ended up only doing one as we loved being at the hotel too much!
The staff are amazing, nothing was too much trouble at any point.
If you can do 'The Reserve' I would certainly recommend it, it was worth it for the gorgeous outside breakfast area with a la carte options alone.

We recently enjoyed an unforgettable stay at Paradisus, where luxurious accommodation and exceptional service made for an outstanding experience. Sarah from Reservations helped with our room upgrade and personalised experience. From the warm welcome and personalised tour by Sergio to our spacious, clean room with a stunning seafront view and own Bali bed. Sergio looked after us throughout our stay, helping us book the restaurants and activities. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. The housekeeping staff were so attentive, our towels were changed throughout the day, and our pjs were folded ready for bed. All the staff ensured our needs were met throughout our stay.
We also loved relaxing by the infinity pool and indulging in heavenly spa treatments. The onsite restaurants and bar offer a good choice of food and drinks. The Reserve upgrade was definitely worth it for the food and premium drinks offered. We enjoyed an organised hike up Roque Nublo, as well as star gazing and the outdoor cinema. The entertainment staff gave 100% from Aqua dance to getting everyone on the dance floor in an evening.
Overall, Paradisus is the perfect destination for anyone seeking a luxurious getaway, and we cannot wait to return one day.
