We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel! The animation team was fantastic—always around with a smile but never pushy, especially Armando, who really made our stay enjoyable. The sports activities were also top-notch, well-organized, and varied.
The restaurants were a pleasant surprise for an all-inclusive, with a wide variety of high-quality buffet options. The waitstaff was very friendly, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, no complaints there.
The pool was beautiful and well-located, with a bar nearby offering a great selection of drinks. A minor downside was that the pool water was a bit cold, but it didn’t spoil the experience. The beach is within easy walking distance, which is a real plus, though it's a shame the sun loungers there are not free.
The gym was nice for a quick workout, although some of the equipment seemed a bit outdated and could use an upgrade.
Special mention to the TV screens at the bar, showing sports—always a good touch! The reception staff was attentive and responsive to our needs.
Overall, a great stay and an experience we highly recommend!

Tonight is the last night of our holidays (Sept 2024) and we are sad to leave. This holiday has exceeded our expectations. The hotel is clean and tidy and has all that you need. Our suite was truly remarkable with complementary drinks at the ready. The staff were nothing other than attentive, kind and helpful. The food and drinks were of the highest standard with top brands and generous measures. The entertainment was great albeit the evening entertainment did not start until 9.30 and our personal preference we would have liked it slightly earlier but that is just our view. The location and views are just lovely and will say this is a 10/10 resort. We will definitely be looking to come back here and we generally never go to the same place twice.

Simply a fine experience. The suite was well-appointed and the room service/cleaning was excellent. Overall, the food, including the buffet, was well-presented and very nice, especially the t-bone steaks and lobster/shell fish.
Without exception the staff were attentive, friendly and professional.

It's only day 3 of our holiday and so far we had great service, weather, food. It's a spotless place the staff are all happy and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious the bed is huge with a mini fridge topped up daily all included. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The food is delicious even though it's a bit same every time. There are other restaurants within the complex but you have to book early to get in. Bonus though there are lots of cats around.

Not only is this hotel absolutely beautiful (the architecture alone is enough to bring me back) and really clean but the staff is amazing. The animation team is so friendly and chatty, and there are so many activities to get involved in, including yoga, pilates, beach volleyball, a glass workshop, and more, as well as live music every night. Every single class was different and genuinely great in its own way! Please keep up the great activities!!
Plus the food and rooms were great, and all other staff were so friendly as well. I am vegan and there were always at least some options at the main buffet even if some days it was just vegetables and pasta, and they weren’t great at labelling the food, it was always nice. Would love to see some more vegan protein though (if you are vegan I recommend bringing some protein powder!). You can book the other 3 restaurants through the app, they were all even better with vegan options— vegan cheese pizza, tofu, and vegan desserts! The restaurant with local cuisine was genuinely so good and has a great view.
Only negative is the pool is cold (but huge!!) and it gets a bit windy, but if you’re up for it, we came for the windsurfing and it did not disappoint! Great spot, even for beginners so definitely give it a try— you get a wetsuit!!
