The hotel is awesome and had a wonderful Christmas and New year holiday. The entertainment team was absolutely the best I have seen. The children were well entertained and had activites galore. The mini discos every evening were awesome.Dante was an absolute delight and made us very welcome thank you Dante! Best animation team ever.

We had a week stay at the Gran Tagoro hotel, at the beginning of December , as a family of four (one toddler and an infant). Our toddler loved the baby club , but there’s also a kids club and a 5D cinema. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a Merlin room which was worth every penny. Our kids loved it. The entertainment, the food , the Christmas lights on show were all a great effort. Thank you for this lovely stay , we will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The animation team and evening entertainment were incredible—easily the best I’ve experienced at any hotel! The entire team was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
However, we found that the kids’ pool was colder than the main pool, which was disappointing. Even the adults-only pools were warmer than the kids’ pool, despite being informed that the kids’ pools were heated. As a result, we spent most of our time around the main pool, which had a much more comfortable temperature for the children.

Great hotel, rooms are a great size with loads of space for a family.
The pools are slightly heated which helps in the winter.
Staff are excellent from start to finish, making the holiday a great experience.
The food is what you would expect from an all inclusive buffet.
The drinks are the only let down the cocktails are awful- but the beer is always great.
This is a family hotel so don't expect a quite stay. It's a great family hotel maybe not for couples although there are adult only zones.

Had an amazing week during our stay with our 2.5 toddler. The propriety is beautiful and clean throughout. The room was massive and beautiful, nice view and really quiet during the night. The beds are so comfy, slept really good. The food is excellent and varied, I don't drink alcohol so I can't comment on that but plenty of choice for non alcoholic drinks. I loved the pancakes in the morning, best ever. Thank you all for the hospitality and looking after us during our stay. I would like to highlight how hard the F&B staff work and the housekeeping team. You are brilliant! Special thanks to Lorenzo and Paula from the animation team as well.
