First of all, I would like to thank all the employees for the hard work they do. I would probably say it’s not a 5 star. It's Definitely a 4 Star Hotel. The room was spacious, and the views from the balcony were stunning — definitely a highlight of our stay. The cocktails are pre-made which again is not good for a 5 star. Extras like smoothies you have to pay for - even in an all inclusive. Not a big choice of all inclusive alcohol. The food is good. Dirty floors in the room that need a good mop. The pool doesn't feel heated at all. The location is good - 20 min ish walk down into Playa Blanca marina.

This is a great place to spend some time with your family. Very kid friendly, the main restaurant (buffet) has a decent diversity with some evenings dedicated to specific international cuisines - like Mexican or Italian. It's a bit of a walk to the main restaurant, main bar and entertainment area if you stay in the farther part of the resort. The drinks are a bit of a let down. But ..i would come back and I do recommend it. The SPA was nice. I was considering 4 stars, but we did not have a bad experience. So, 5 stars.

We were a family of 4 and we simply loved it we stayed for a week. Kids had loads of fun, food was good, but the only thing that but us down a little bit was the meats, most of the time we had meats that wasn’t cooked properly, we had to tell them many times to make more well done. The service of some waitress was lovely. The rooms were tidy everyday, and changed towels was changed every day as well. Every time we used to get into our room they used to do the beds with our clothes designed that was so sweet

Just back two weeks ago from 8 days, this was our second year visiting here. We had a really good time again, the rooms are nice a clean. But the towels are small and I felt this year they were very reluctant to leave adequate amounts of shower gels and shampoo. Compared to 2024 anyways. The staff were friendly throughout. We ate in the buffet mostly as it was very difficult to get into the Italian. The buffet was very good and no complaints at all. The snack area has really gone downhill from the previous year. Flies everywhere and hotdogs left in Luke warm water while the burgers were not fresh at all. They looked so hard like leather so we didn’t bother with them. The bar is way under staffed during the day so we always had to cue. With that being said this and last years holiday was great value for money so the issues above (while frustrating) could be ignored. We were in a large group of family’s and everyone’s feeling was that the standards here have slipped in the 12 months. What’s really worse is that when we looked to price 2026s holiday the prices had gone through the roof. Along with this split in the hotel which makes no sense. If the price was similar as before we’d probably go again and make our peace with the standard (not 5 star) but none of us will go there at the current prices as it’s not worth it at all and charging to use a splash park it’s very cheeky. Which is only really suitable for kids 5 and below.

The kids club is 10/10. Fantastic team! Made my kid's holidays. I don't understand why people complain about food. Thank god the hotel doesn't cater to the Brits only. Big plus for ZERO entertainment in the kids section of the hotel. Peace and quiet
