Stunning hotel. Greeted by warm and friendly reception staff, offering us a cold glass of fizz on arrival. The hotel, restaurant and pool were spotlessly clean. Staff were all very friendly. The rooms are spacious with everything you could need. The pool was perfect, shallow and warm, with plenty of double beds around it and on the chill out terrace to relax. The breakfast was incredible, fresh, tasty and everything you could want and more. The restaurant manager (Reuben) and all the staff always made us very welcome. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Plus there are some great restaurants in the area, including Antonio’s, a few minutes walk away

Fabulous hotel, all staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always offering a smile.
Rooms spotless and pool area is calm and serene.
Food is excellent and variety of eggs at breakfast is fantastic.
Only downside is the steep hill to get to the Old Town, however a taxi is 3 euros.
We will definitely be back

It is our first time in Lanzarote and in La Isla yel Mar. Very big and clean rooms with air condition. Breakfast is fantastic , a lot of cheese , fruits, sweets to choose incl. churros with chocolate😀.Location of the hotel is nice and quiet , not directly in the center but with a bit more sporty efforts easy to reach. Swimming pool is not very big a but clean with enough places to stay on the sun. Garden is very nice and offers nice view at the ocean. As many of the reviewers point out one of the biggest asserts if the hotel is the staff. Starting at the reception, going through the maintainable staff to the restaurant staff all are very polite, always smiling and ready to help. Our special thanks to Anna the sommelier and the bar keeper who made us have several nice evenings in the bar and gave us many Tipps where to go on the island. The hotel offers also entertainment evenings for guests with a very good singer, wine tasting, yoga, cocktails. We would highly recommend the hotel.

Fantastic hotel would highly recommend.
Our Honeymoon here was perfectly great with champagne.
Room upgrade with jacuzzi
Chocolates and more champagne bought to the room.
Staff so friendly.
Definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

This is definitely an upmarket hotel.
You can't complain about anything. The rooms are spacious, clean, brilliant facilities (e.g. bathroom & free 1.5ltr of water daily, internet, etc) and the comfiest of beds.
Breakfast is to kill for, everything for every nationality.
Plenty of sunbeds and the comfiest I've lay on with poolside towels provided.
Due to the package we had taken we were collected and returned to the airport by a chauffer and luxury car free of charge, speak about making you feel special.
More importantly, the staff. Every one of them from the cleaners, waiting, bar and poolside staff to the management couldn't do enough for you. There's so much people I would like to mention but this message would go on and on.
The only part I was a bit disappointed was the cost of non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. I don't mind the hotel charging an element more than any other apartment complex or the strip but 3 Euros for a small bottle of water and 3.50 Euros for a small bottle of Fanta I couldn't understand and it was very excessive.
The poolside bar could have additional food options also, pizza, omelettes, sandwiches, chicken burgers, spaghetti bolognas for example.
Would this stop us from going back to this hotel, NEVER
