The room was a bit old but the staff is amazing! The facility Are super great and the food was excellent. The location is amazing, you have just 2 small beach at 5 mn walking distance. The activity for adult and kids are really nice. I would even put a 6. Th star to the staff they really are making the extra effort for you to have a nice holidays. The spa is also really great you even have opening hours for kids! Very kids friendly resort

It was a wonderful holiday, there's so much to do at this hotel. I'd like to say my thanks to the staff, they were so kind and caring. My kids enjoyed the activities, Dani and Peter were very passionate and kind to them, they were simply awesome! Very comfortable room, well kept, food was simply out of this world! Definitely coming back next year!

Very good quality All Inclusive. The largest swimming pool was salt water and very cold. Sometimes unable to get a table in the main bar and at times it was quite slow. Nice food in the restaurants. Nice coffee and milkshake shop. Pool bar was good. Some good entertainment during the day and at night. No beach or town mear enough for a stroll. Bit windy at times. Great breakfast.

Brilliant weeks holiday. We stayed in the Privilege rooms and benefited from better dining options at the Vulcan restaurant and the self service Privilege bar area. This was worth every penny as we stayed during school holidays and the main bar was extremely busy in the evening and its table service only which takes a while. Pool areas are great and the room kept clean and mini bar stocked daily. I would happily return but only in Privilege rooms / area. Volcano next to the hotel worth a climb for great views of Playa Blanca.
