Undoubtedly five star
All the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. When the chef came to know we all are vegetarian, he arranged exclusive vegetarian meals for our group and it was served to us on the table (when others enjoyed the buffet) - exemplary.
The rooms, views, appliances, air conditioner, the daily cleaning and toiletries, everything was above average quality.
Worth remembering for a long time.

Lovely hotel, very spacious rooms and clean.
We went for half board option. Breakfast buffet had quite a few good options. Dinner time on the other hand - not so much.
I feel like there were not enough options. I’d rather eat your traditional food than fries and noodles etc.
Desserts wise, lots of options but what you get is cream. Just different colour each time.
Pool area needs refurbishing. No entertainment for kids, which for some can be a bonus 😉
Hotel is beautiful in general.
Staff friendly.

Restaurant staff was very nice. Although it was unpleasant to discover a massive chunk of squid from last night dinner under our breakfast table.
General treatment with quite a bit of an attitude from the hotel staff. Reception staff allowed themselves to aggressively clap and hissing to the children from level 5 terrace, while we were on level 2.
No service around the pool/sun beds area - everyone had to go to one little bar to get food and drink, sun beds tables were not cleaned. There was bird poop near sun beds, which no one ever came to tidy up. In our presence a poor boy cut his foot by one of the broken tiles in the pool, no hotel staff/cleaners turned up to clean the trail of blood in the area near the pool and sun beds.
Cherry on the top is the scandal with Lifeguards, who attempted to totally prohibit kids to play in the pool, use inflatables and make any noise. Hotel rules were around prohibiting unsafe play, which were totally aware of and maintained. The lifeguards were everywhere else apart from where they have to be to do their job.
There was no ambience music anywhere in the hotel.
I generally got an impression that families are not welcomed there at all. Appreciate effort of the general manager who tried to make up for all issues, however, his job is to ensure he’s got a good team that is willing to follow, which didn’t seem to be the case.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation.
Room and View:
I stayed in the 400-room area, and the view was absolutely stunning.
One delightful surprise was the friendly cats that occasionally visited my balcony, adding a unique and charming touch to my stay. The cats were very healthy and incredibly cute. Additionally, there are BOWLS with CAT FOOD just outside the hotel, and I saw two of the cats eating from them. They looked well-fed and well-cared for, which made the experience even more special.
Dining Experience:
The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of choices, including plenty of options for picky eaters. Each day featured a new theme showcasing different international cuisines, which made every meal exciting and something to look forward to. The dining hall staff were incredibly attentive and professional
— special thanks to Ethann and pepe for their excellent service! 🫶🏼
One small note: if you leave your almost empty plate unattended for too long, it might get cleared away quickly, so keep an eye on it!
Hotel Facilities and Atmosphere:
The hotel itself is beautifully designed and impressively large. It took a bit of time to find my way around, but exploring the property was part of the fun. Every corner of the hotel was stylish and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to walk through.
Overall, this hotel provided an outstanding blend of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back!

I am deeply disappointed with the management of this hotel, particularly with the director's decision to forbid volunteers from feeding the cats that live in the hotel's gardens. These animals depend on human care to survive, and denying them food is an act of neglect that borders on animal cruelty. Such a policy not only endangers the lives of these innocent creatures but also reflects poorly on the hotel's ethical values.
As a guest or visitor, I would expect a place of hospitality to show compassion and responsibility, not turn a blind eye to the suffering of animals on its premises. I urge the management to reconsider this inhumane policy and allow volunteers to care for these cats. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values kindness and animal welfare
