Honest review! We are just coming to the end if our 7 night holiday. The hotel is in a perfect location, lots to see and do within walking distance. There are some parts of the hotel that need refurbishment but nothing that effected our experience. ALL the staff were amazing from entertainment to reception. The rooms are fine, again some little bits need doing. We liked the food and would recommend booking the Italian and Mediterranean restaurant for the experience and change of menu. All in all we paid £650 each for 7 nights, so no complaints.

Rooms definitely need a wee bit TLC! Booked a standard twin room (Half Board) was upgraded to superior and was welcomed openly by reception on arrival. Food is standard, usual stuff, ate out most nights though. Service with staff was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. Location is absolutely perfect! I don’t get bothered by most things so with my personal opinion I can’t really fault this place except the little dents (wear and tear) in the room, which doesn’t affect anything! I can’t wait to see how the place is after the relevant renovations! Will be staying here again— to top it off my partner proposed to me at the beach view area which was just absolutely perfect 🩷
Many thanks!

Upgraded to a sea room view and it was completely worth the money for the views and was more peaceful than the pool view room we initially had.
Great that they do a later breakfast from 10am. Perfect for the teenagers and also for myself as I tend to eat breakfast at this time normally.
Location is perfect right by the beach and bars/ restaurants.
Air conditioning in the rooms we had weren't great.
Hotel is very kid friendly, our teenagers really enjoyed the pool.
The main restaurant is in the basement and is very hot. If I were to come again I would only do bed and breakfast as the breakfast was in the pool bar so had natural light coming in and a breeze from outside. Food was typical of all inclusive.
Unfortunately the gym is in the basement , no air con and is a bit too isolated for a lone person to be working out in.

Not a 4 star hotel.
They state on there website the pool is heated in the winter, it's definitely not unless you like ice baths.
Tall female receptionist is just rude.
Had ants in our room.
The pubs furniture was tired.
Rooms in need of a renovation.
Mens poolside toilet only had 2 sinks and 1 of them was missing a tap. The toilets wouldn't flush as they either was missing the flush or it simply didn't work.
But the location is really good.
The other staff around the hotel are excellent, actually the best staff we have had in terms of how fast they served you and cleaned up in the restaurant.
Breakfast for us was really good, dinner was ok and for tea there was just not enough choice. What they have is good quality, just not enough for me for a 4 star hotel.
Cocktails was one of the best iv had in an all inclusive in terms the taste and presentation at the all inclusive pub.
Take my advice, don't waste your time on this hotel unless you are going to be out of the hotel most of the time because for us it ruined the holiday. We love been in pools hence why we booked a hotel with a heated pool but due to the ice cold water temperature we couldn't.

Great hotel in the centre of the town. There is even a back door that leads to the path and beach. The hotel isn't too big which is nice as it's very friendly. All the staff are great. The room has a walk in shower as well which is really good. The restaurant is ok just a normal all inclusive restaurant. The salads are great as they do undressed salads that you can make yourself. The puddings are also really good. They always have a great choice and they tasted really good. We have booked to go again as the staff and location is so good.
