Hotel is really good. We have been several times. Always keep coming back. The staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed in the star prestige location. The staff at the star prestige pool bar are fantastic. They are great fun and help make the holiday. Special mention goes to Jan, Charaf and Raul and the rest of the team.

All the team are great here. This hotel is a treat for all your senses! The smells are lovely the people are lovely the location is amazing,if you like a quiet and relaxing break. The staff at the star prestige bar are great bringing you little treats all day. You feel special on holiday here, our third time :)

My boyfriend and I had a really nice holiday week in this resort. We opted for Star Prestige, and it was the best holiday ever. The Prestige pool bar staff members made our holiday even more enjoyable, as they were super friendly and hilarious. We really loved their vibe! I highly recommend going with the Star Prestige option because we found that the non-prestige area was quite crowded and significantly less enjoyable. Even the sun beds in non-stage areas were much smaller. In general non-prestigy areas were much less pleasant and very noisy and hectic mostly because of so many kids. We went with all all-inclusive option and the food was really nice as well with different themes for every night!

A 5 star food and service experience only slightly let down by the rooms that are starting to show some wear and tear - they are certainly not bad, lovely and clean with great views just a few scrapes and dents and things you just don't get on properly 5 star premises. The food is excellent, the staff friendly and attentive, the pool, sports and entertainment all what we expected. Would certainly go back but they do need to keep up on the room maintenance.

We have spent a week here, in mid October. We stayed in a Prestige Junior Suite on the ground floor. We particularly enjoyed the Prestige Pool Bar, where the staff were helpful and charming and the evening musical entertainment was fun and excellent. The lifeguard also deserves a special mention for being so attentive, friendly and kind in helping guests with chairs,bowels and parasols. We loved Ester, the energetic entertainment lady and all the waiting staff have been utterly wonderful. The only improvement we would recommend would be to have a more comprehensive choice of snacks and food at the Pool Bar. I have mobility problems and use a walker, and was with my elderly mother, we found the accessibility excellent. The handrail into the jacuzzi and pool were very helpful. There is also a pool chair hoist for the less mobile. Level access and ramps everywhere, really good and everyone was so helpful and friendly. We would happily return and hope we will. Thank you to all the hotel team for a wonderful holiday.
