We spent a week here in October. First impressions were excellent. Welcome feeling at reception and staff that couldn't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The room was a good size, clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. The pools are lovely, unfortunately as with many hotels there is the morning ritual for some to reserve a sunbed with their towels, then leave them for hours. The food is brilliant, we had one evening meal in the hotel which was lovely, and all our breakfasts here which have plenty of options from fresh fruits, continental options, cooked and extras like pancakes. The marina is 10-15 minute walk along the coast. The marina has plenty of options for food and a shop. There is a car hire and activities such as boat trips and the yellow submarine tour from the harbour. The marina restaurant prices are very competitive and another way to support the local economy. A great holiday and very relaxing!!

Could not praise this place highly enough! Me and my partner stayed here for a week and everything was perfect. All the staff were absolutely amazing! The food was great, the atmosphere was so chilled out and comfortable. It was exactly what we thought it would be. Thank you so much to everyone who helped make the holiday what it was. We cannot wait to book again :)

It was a great place to spend the holidays. Pros-Very clean rooms and very good cleaning by the cleaning ladies.Very quiet resort sometimes even too quiet :). The spa was incredible and the staff there went way over and above. The staff in the entire resort was top class. Cons- the food was 3 stars but a big variety. It was inconsistent in quality. One day the eggs were ok the next not edible. After 21:00 the resort looked dead everything closed no entertainment and the entertainment that was there was at the best 2star. But all in all we give our stay a 4 star and enjoyed very much. I big shout out to the wonderful staff keeping the place running.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food and drinks were delicious. The entertainment team were very talented. We locked the app, it made things easier for us as people who like to plan what we’re doing and where we eat etc. It was very handy you could request additional things, we forgot our toothbrushes and was able to request these on the app and these were delivered to our room ready for us to use. It is a quiet hotel, entertainment finishes at 10.30pm and all bars close at midnight. There is not dancing type of entertainment, but watching shows in the chilled out piano bar. A few pointers to improve would be more service of drinks around the pool during the day as this service was slow. Also there were no food options after 10pm which after drinking cocktails and enjoying the entertainment, all I wanted was a snack but there was nothing on the resort. Other all inclusive we have stayed at have had a late night food option. Overall the stay was fantastic, the staff were friendly and it felt well staffed overall. Good location, a short 15 minute walk to the town centre and harbour where there are a range of restaurants bars and shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shops. We came for a mini moon trip for a few days in tbe sun straight after our wedding. We had a lovely time and overall the staff were amazing. Particular shout out to the staff at the sushi bar who was so very attentive and delivered excellent service. Would recommend all inclusive so you can have access to all the restaurants for dinner food, we did not do premium club as we did not feel it was worth the cost just to have access to a few extra areas of the hotel. We would have to say we tried all hotel restaurants our favourite was Portofino. The Oceana restaurant let the hotel down, staff really did not care or want to serve us and we ended up without food and drink so would not recommend. However on the whole would recommend the hotel.
