The hotel is in a great location with beautiful ocean views, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The staff are super friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety. We especially enjoyed the different restaurant options, which made the all-inclusive experience feel more special. It was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality all-inclusive stay in Gran Canaria.

WOW!! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL HOTEL Dear Melia Paradisus Team, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the unforgettable experience when I stayed at the hotel for my birthday in early February. Apologies for the delay in leaving this review, as I have unfortunately been unwell, but I wanted to make sure to express my gratitude for the wonderful time I had. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations, and it truly was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday. The staff went above and beyond to ensure all our requests were catered for. The activities throughout the day; especially the glass necklace making and moon watching was amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed both these activities. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Miguel for his outstanding assistance when we joined the Circle. He was not only incredibly friendly and welcoming but also knowledgeable and went above and beyond. His attention to detail and dedication has been outstanding and I can't wait to enjoy further hotels via the Circle. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, and I can't wait to return! We recently came back from here and to be honest I wouldn’t recommend. I was very disappointed with the food especially it was cold bland tasteless. All the staff are completely overrun. There is not enough people working there. There’s everyone rushing around smashing plates literally every night we went to a restaurant there would be at least one plate or glass smashed because of the sloppy and clumsiness of the staff. I even had one waiter bash into my baby’s pram while he was asleep and wake him up and he screamed to the top of his lungs and she didn’t even realise I just think it’s a very Overrated place we actually went to one of the restaurants and left with all stains over our clothes from where someone had previously been sitting and splash pasta around probably from someone smashing a plate! I complained and nothing was done about it. It stained all of our clothes and I was very disappointed. The food was nothing special. If anything I couldn’t wait to come home. Paul was pretty cold and it says it’s a baby friendly hotel and I couldn’t even take my baby in the pool. We paid over £4000 for a week when I think actually it’s not a five star resort and I think it needs to be re-considered. I’d be shocked if it was 4 star. I’ve been to other hotels and you can get so much better for your money. I was honestly looking forward to going here and I was disappointed. Even to enjoy the food and drink, I’m a breastfeeding mum so I can’t drink so I don’t think we got our value there but I had my hopes up for the food and different restaurants which was so disappointing because they did not deliver The room was average again, not massive no view and no bath for my baby even though I requested that we had four month old which I would’ve thought they would’ve done the beds weren’t even attached. They were singles pushed together which was so annoying as they kept parting, the cop for the baby was all stained and wedged in between the bed so you couldn’t move it . We actually got stuck in the lift at this hotel and my boyfriend had to push the doors apart which was really frightening when I had a four month old in the lift with us we told the reception desk and I think they got it sorted again. I just wouldn’t recommend this experience. Maybe it was just our luck but would not recommend . No one was on the beach. It was dark sand and it didn’t look very welcoming. The pool bar was okay. The staff didn’t look like they wanted to be there. Also to mention me and my partner had poorly bellies all the time we were there not sure if it’s something up with the water as it’s a struggle to get bottled water

We had a great stay at the hotel! Elvis made amazing burgers – definitely worth trying. A big shoutout to Alejandro for his excellent service. He was very attentive, friendly, and speaks really good German. Overall, a great experience – we’d love to come back!

We have just arrived home from a wonderful week at this hotel. We were super impressed by the entire property, facilities and activities available. The rooms were very impressive and clean, the grounds were fabulous, food and drink was great, but the most impressive thing was the staff. The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We would like to make a special mention for Jorge, Marina, Robert, Lucas, Javi, Kevin and of course Miguel.
