Lovely hotel with great views but lacking any beachfront so sea swimming a bit inconvenient. Good adults only pool. Superb breakfast, unbeatable. Huge comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Not much local stuff within walkable distance. In hotel food and drink expensive relative to general prices. Drinking water free and widely available. Staff lovely and always happy to help.

From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel right at home. The surroundings were breathtaking, the food was exquisite, and the massages were heavenly. We stayed for six nights over New Year’s Eve and didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel except for serene walks on the beautiful beach. The restaurants were sensational, offering a culinary experience that was second to none. We will definitely be back! This place has truly become our little slice of paradise.

The food was great. We tried Vero, Elements, and the room service. All of it was great and the breakfast spread was amazing. There were a few other options we didn’t have time to try.
Our ocean view room was very big and comfy and the property is just stunning.
Our only regret was that we didn’t realize there was an adults only pool until the morning we were leaving. Next time!

Beautiful hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. One of the managers, Albert, took really good care of us. The amenities were top notch. Great breakfasts, beautiful pools, well equipped gym and lots of activities. Overlooking an easily accessible beach - and one of the nicest and most well preserved on the island.

The Pullman Hotel in Thailand was amazing! The staff was wonderful, and we had a fantastic time with our two daughters, ages 10 and 12. They loved playing in both the pool and the ocean. The pool was beautiful and super kid-friendly for all ages, though some loose and sharp tiles could use a little repair. Our room was clean and beautiful, and the location was perfect—close to an incredible elephant care sanctuary, which was such a memorable experience! We also enjoyed walking along the beach to explore fun shops and great restaurants. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was our favorite.
While this was a family trip, we were also there for a business retreat with over 50 other people. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group, making it an excellent destination for both relaxation and professional gatherings. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we’d love to come back!
