Had a wonderful couple of days in this beautiful hotel. Amazing facilities, restaurants, room, the breakfast and all the staff really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. One of the receptionist actually overheard me and my girlfriend were celebrating our anniversary and we came back to our room with a beautiful display on the bed, flower petals everywhere, a hot bath run with candles and more petals, really an amazing surprise. We particularly enjoyed spending time at the m bar and float pool but really the whole experience we were just looked after so well, we will definitely be coming back! Noticeable mentions for Khun mook and the reception team, khun gam and the other staff at m bar and the housekeeping team who decorated our room all who made our visit extra special. Many thanks, see you next time!

Stayed here recently and had an amazing time . A slightly unusual hotel in terms of layout, but really beautiful, with superb food and the most caring and attentive staff. I can honestly say their staff were the most welcoming and friendly, I’ve been fortunate enough to meet on a holiday. In particular I’d like to mention Coco Pullman, who has been so kind and helpful in helping to find my wallet and return it to me post holiday, which I’m really grateful for. I can highly recommend this hotel. My only comment would be, if you have mobility problems it is very hilly, although the hotel does provide an excellent and reliable shuttle service around the hotel site and to and from the beach.

This was my second time at the Pullman Arcadia Nai Thon, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. Our Grand Deluxe room was incredibly comfortable, with excellent interior design that made it feel both modern and relaxing. The swanky pool overlooking the beach is truly to die for—especially at sunset. Every meal was delicious, and the friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. A special thanks to Thay, who treated my mother and me like royalty. His warm energy and constant smile set the tone for our entire visit. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel and staff are AMAZING. The food isn't too bad either. If you are looking to stay on the resort and not venture out too much, it is perfect. It is a little ways away from all the popular tourist spots. But overall, I am very happy with our choice to stay here. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful resort, would come back again. Very peaceful place, surrounded by nature. villas and rooms are soundproof and well spaced out, we felt like the only guests there even though occupancy rates were high. A highlight is the staff - they are very friendly and kind, and constantly check if you need assistance. Mai at the front desk was very very helpful and gave such a warm welcome. I came early before the room was ready but they let me use the gym while I waited, which was great. The resort, although far from the main city, is a short 2min walk to the beach and a 15min ride to the airport. The room was spacious and clean.
