I’ve travelled around the world and this place is very close to my heart! It is an absolute 5 star experience, with amazing staff, views, Decor and overall experience.
In this Hotel you can create memories for a life time. My wife and I are travelling here from England, we originally booked for 3 nights but extended for the full week as love the place.
The food is amazing, you feel safe, you are always looks after and the team are special.
We are grateful to have stayed here and met so many kind souls that love what they do. Emmy at the front desk was amazing, welcoming and kind. She really helped us connect with the place. We spoke to Sin that helps you with taxi and getting around and she became like family going the extra mile.
The breakfast is the best in the world! The whole place is full of love and we are grateful to have stayed here! Highly recommend ❤️

As we reached the resort at the top of the hill, I knew it was going to be great. We were greeted immediately getting out of the car. Our luggage was taken. At check-in, we received beet juice, which was delicious. The lobby is stunning and completely open with the view of the sea. Our room was absolutely beautiful with the patio facing the ocean. The restaurants at the resort were all delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The breakfast was out of this world with the amount of options. There’s beach access from the resort. Along the beach, there are near by shops and street food. Although it’s a distance from the center of Phuket, it’s worth staying and the views are exceptional. Everyone working at this resort was friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this resort for solo trips, couples, and families. The resort suits all needs.

So - I want to love this place, but the logistics of moving between the main hotel area and your room (via shuttle) is frustrating. They layout of the resort means you need to take a shuttle around, so you have to call them, wait, travel in the shuttle, do your thing in the main section and then do the same to return. Walking is of course possible but the roads are pretty narrow so if the shuttle comes it can be tricky.
Wonderful breakfast buffet to be fair. Super lovely staff.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful in a stunning location. The view is incredible.
But what really made a big difference is the staff. Every single one of them were kind helpful and warm.
The kids club was fabulous. The crew there was really lovely and dedicated. Our daughter LOVED them.
The breakfast was the best I ever had in any hotels ever.
