Very comfortable, luxury hotel with excellent service. Very spacious, well appointed rooms. Had torrential rain for much of my three night stay and as the room blocks are dotted around the hillside was concerned that I would be stranded in the room. Not to worry, a call to reception and a buggy is sent to collect you within a couple of minutes. The beach below the hotel was very nice with a string of professional/reputable massage places, cheap Thai food places, a particularly good bar etc. The rough surf made the water suitable for surfing and little else. Boating, snorkelling or diving requires a long trip to other parts of the island. Recommended for enjoying the lovely infinity pools with sea views and being well looked after by the exceptional staff. The breakfast in particular was amazing!

Our recent stay at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach was made truly memorable by the exemplary service and thoughtful hospitality extended by the entire team. From the moment of our arrival, the check-in staff managed the process with outstanding professionalism and care. Despite the lobby being quite busy, the team was exceptionally attentive. They proactively offered us a seat and assured us of personal assistance, demonstrating a genuine commitment to every guest's comfort. A particular point of gratitude was the staff's compassionate observation of my mother, who has difficulty with stairs. They thoughtfully arranged for a room change to one with minimal stair access, a gesture that was immensely appreciated and significantly enhanced the comfort of our stay. Furthermore, while we waited for the new room to be prepared, we were kindly offered beverages, which was a very considerate touch. The high standard of service continued at the breakfast restaurant. The entire team was wonderful, providing attentive and friendly service. We would like to extend our special thanks to Om, Too, Miw, Anda, Nana, Bovy, Nis, khaw, Jaen, Bank, Ta, Pupay, Chadon, Sine, Aomsin, Ploy, Jane, Mink, Pook, Name, Nueng, Same, Bee, A, and Meji for their remarkable hospitality. The breakfast itself was delicious. We were especially impressed with the presentation of authentic Thai cuisine, which offered genuine Thai flavors. This provides a valuable opportunity for international visitors to experience the true taste of our local food. Finally, we must commend Chef Ton, who provided excellent service and also gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and tourist attractions. The dedication and attentiveness of the staff at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach are truly commendable. We offer our sincerest thanks for a wonderful experience.

We traveled with our two kids and had an amazing stay. This is truly our favorite place on Phuket. It feels like coming home every time. The staff are kind, attentive, and always smiling. Breakfast is delicious with so many choices, and after we asked for dates once, they remembered and brought them every morning after, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, the pool area is beautiful, and the whole atmosphere is calm and family friendly. We cannot wait to come back.

appreciate the free upgrade for Accor gold member and the personalised deco in the room which my wife really appreciate for our special occasion. the resort is located not far from airport but that means its nowhere near patong or Phuket town, need to grab your way there ~45min to 1hr. but its a good location for quieter beach with great waves, relatively peaceful and feels unrushed. the resort is great for family with younger kids. love the direct access to the beach but the room key card failed me when I upon my return though which was inconvenient. the infinity pools are pretty instagrammable and located just nice for sunset views. also loved that the resort had lots of posh seating areas to rest and just simply chill. I haven't tried the restaurants so no comments but did order food to the room, taste pretty good but definitely on the pricey side. overall enjoyed the stay.

We had a wonderful stay here in this breathtaking resort! My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and we love every bit of it. Brett the GM personally came over to welcome us during check-in which is a first for me having stayed in many Accor properties around the world. Check-in was a breeze and efficient. We were upgraded to the Grand Deluxe room which was very well appointed and close to the Adult Hub (where M Bar is located). Hotel was ongoing renovations so Elements Dining and the main swimming pool was closed, however we appreciated the fact that this was communicated early on during our reservation and also via email again to ensure we were properly informed. On our last night we encountered issues with the air-conditioning which was not functioning, however it was quite a major issue and couldn't be fixed overnight. This is where this resort stands out from the rest, within minutes Front Desk called to arrange a temporary room just for the night and whisked us away. Next morning upon check-out they personally apologized for the inconvenience. Kudos to the team for excellent Service Recovery! We would also like to give our appreciation to the front concierge team who arranges buggy and valet services, I'm bad with names so I can't recall their names, but I remember the two ladies are from Hatyai and Betong for their hospitality. Overall I feel that the management team leads by example and it trickles down to the entire team at Pullman Phuket Arcadia. One of the best hospitality I've encountered.
