We’ve just returned from a wonderful week-long stay at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach, and it was the perfect way to conclude our holiday. It offered exactly what we needed—a serene escape to relax and enjoy meaningful time with the kids before diving back into the hustle of work and school routines. The resort is located close to Phuket International Airport, secluded from the busier tourist hotspots. We chose this destination based on positive reviews of the beach and snorkelling opportunities which did not disappoint! Having already explored the main tourist attractions in Phuket on past trips, we kept this visit low-key, leaving the hotel only twice. One highlight was a local long-tail boat trip (departing directly from the hotel beach) to snorkel at a nearby island—an experience we highly recommend. We also enjoyed a night visit to a local market (not aimed for tourist) near the airport which a great selection of local food if you were looking to try! We booked two Ocean Rooms, and the staff went out of their way to secure interconnecting rooms for us, which was perfect since we were traveling with children. The rooms were immaculate, spacious with a dream view of the beach and ocean. This trip was exactly what we were looking for: sun, beach, snorkelling, massages, and outstanding service. We returned home feeling refreshed, connected, and better prepared to take on 2025. A heartfelt thank you to Albert (the hotel manager) and the incredible staff who truly made our stay unforgettable. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel very special every single day. It’s a memory our family will treasure forever.

From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel right at home. The surroundings were breathtaking, the food was exquisite, and the massages were heavenly. We stayed for six nights over New Year’s Eve and didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel except for serene walks on the beautiful beach. The restaurants were sensational, offering a culinary experience that was second to none. We will definitely be back! This place has truly become our little slice of paradise.

Great hotel with nice sea view, staff was super and the breakfast is wonderful. The hotel is big and you need the hotel shuttle to go back on your room. Depends on where your room is. You can go for a walk and relax in the hotel itself. This has 2 pools one for all and another one no kids are allowed. It also near by from the naithon beach with the beach access from the hotel. The hotel is a bit old already and need a bit some refresh but overall it is a great hotel to be!

The stay was outstanding with great view and room. There is a nearby small town where you’ll find restaurants and local shops. Not to mention the great beach which is few steps down the hotel. The breakfast buffet was something else and to die for. Variety of foods and drinks, including pastries which are the best part. Overall highly recommended for families, friends or couples to stay here.

We'd like to offer feedback on our recent stay. Positives 1. The hotel location is lovely with convenient access to the public beach which is clean and child friendly. 2. The breakfast offers a great choice of food and service was very good for hot drinks and choice of eggs / noodle dishes. 3. The NYE party was great with nice atmosphere. Negatives 1. As many reviewers have commented, the pool condition isn't great. There are so many loses tiles in the pool including sharp pieces. You can see kids collecting the loose tiles from the bottom as a game - not great !! There's many reviews on this particular issue going back over many months. 2. Our room had so many bright lights that were annoying at night. The AC control panel and the light switches all had lights bright enough to light up the room. We ended up using a towel to cover them up ! 3. The hotel has two restaurants. The main buffet restaurant is available for a choice of Thai food. Expensive and the quality isn't great compared to what you get outside the hotel. 4. The Italian restaurant works on a reservation system. Without reserving a table, you won't get a table unless it's very quiet. When we arrived the first night, we were turned away when it appeared most tables were empty. We then made a booking for a few nights later. We spoke to the manager to explain that we have seen many frustrated customers with the same issue being turned away but he politely explained the issue they face if they don't allow table bookings. They should retain some tables for walk ins as it's hard with young kids to plan each meal. 5. An hour after finishing breakfast we were sat near the pool and our little girl had just half eaten a muffin when we were told we shouldn't take food from breakfast to eat outside! 6. The staff seem distant and not as welcoming as we have received in Bali / Maldives. The hotel has good points but we wouldn't choose to stay again unfortunately.
