DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Reviews are fake! This place was the most unprofessional, and full of mold. Please look at my photos. As soon as you enter the room, there is a smell of mold. The walls have visible mold. After complaining, they said they would clean the room. These photos are after they said they would clean the room. They don’t clean the showers, nor the walls of the shower. I don’t think these people know what soap is. The staff were extremely rude and they can careless. They only care about getting pay. In the middle of me speaking to them, they would walk about to great people of high money and keep them happy. All they can say is madam we will get you another room. The other room had the same problem. When asked if we can get our money back they refuse. Pay attention to how much they charge you. Because they also lied about breakfast being included and they did not included. To then escort you out of their restaurant like some criminal. The food in their restaurant is over priced, and not worth it. Will never stay here again. And will never recommend. Do not stay here. And btw beach is half a mile away. This is not a beach front property. This is not ON the beach. Also the property does not look like photos. These are cold photos. The place look rundown, and even the yellow seats in the lobby have mold.

Nothing special about this hotel. It's old and run down. Beds are terrible, although the AC did work great! The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. Its directly across the street from the beach and in the center of the beach town. So, there is very easy access to stores and restaurants. This is also one of those places that does not let you check in early even if the room is ready. I got thier at 2:25pm and said the room wouldn't be ready till 3pm. Then at 3pm about 40 people all went to the desk to get keys to check in, just stupid and crazy for no reason. Even with this being a great location, I would not stay again.

The hotel itself was lovely. Our room had a pool view and was comfortable and decently equipped. The location is another big plus – the beach is right across the street, which made it incredibly convenient for relaxing by the ocean, offering a beautiful place to unwind. Check in was delayed by an hour and once the check-in issue was sorted, everything else went smoothly, and I would still recommend this hotel for its location, although its a pretty old property.

️I had a wonderful stay at Princess Kamala Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The beautiful beach is just 100 meters away, and my spacious bungalow nestled in the well-maintained artificial jungle was absolutely stunning. The pool was clean, with plenty of loungers and towels available. Overall, it was a week filled with relaxation and bliss. Highly recommend!

Great hotel and massage service was surprisingly good - the location is super close to beach, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and clean (I was in a cabin, thanks Fun and Nok) and it has an easy going and relaxing vibe. The massage/day spa was great! Not as cheap as the options on the street but great service and worth the extra few baht. It's tucked just behind reception just walk through from the street and you can't miss it, it’s a covered open-air space right by the pool. The setup is open air and breezy but still private, thanks to the curtains surrounding the beds. The breeze drifts through the area so it was a nice escape from the midday heat—especially after a swim or a meal at the nearby restaurants or cafés. The cafe and restaurant at the front of the hotel is great too (Lek was lovely, thank you!) and there’s lots of other food options close by for a sunset dinners on the beach. Shopping options are close, and the hotel is a short walk from the smart bus stop (at the Big C). Ask the tour desk for advice, they’re really helpful and the hotel also has pools, a small gym and the in house massage service. I really enjoyed my stay. Big thank you to the Princess Kamala team 🙏
