Hotel is very nice, rooms are good. Seems getting aged but still clean . But the staff we checked in with was horrible. Not ready to listen and we felt she seems to be racist. She didn't made any racist comment on face but her attitude seems , it is. We did talked to different staff next day and she was very nice. Next this hotel charges huge amount- worth it but on top they charge resort fee which total rip off. They don't provide water, coffee machine etc. But again I can say cleaning staff, Bell staff is very good And lastly the room I got was lot smaller than 390 sq ft which was promised. Complained about that next day . We can figure out because we 2 couples booked the rooms and he got bigger room and I got lot smaller room. Will never go back due to above racist reason and smaller room then promised.
And also, I booked 1 King Bed room , when we were checcking in , she said only King Room avaialbale in another building and I need to pay extra for that. We were mad , asked that since they don;t have the room for the same charges,, how can I cancel the booking , she then gave it to us but smaller room with one of the worst view of the whole hotel. Really very bad expereeince . I think all American People are like this??

Great place to stay right in the middle of the strip! Our housekeeper Maria was amazing and always checked on us and made up our rooms. She was so sweet! And she did a great job every day. The casino is very fun. Amazing food here also.

Absolutely loved this place. So much to do and right near Miracle Mile. Centrally located on the strip for even more convenience! Lots of shops and restaurants inside, so you never really have to leave. Lobby and hotel area are very beautiful! The pool area is very nice and has a view, of the Eiffel tower.

As I thought this would be the place to stay when we schedule our GIRLS TRIP for 25 people summer 2025. After my experience I wouldn't stay at Ceasars casinos again.
When checking in I was asked if I want to upgrade. I expressed I did not, I just wanted whatever room that was already paid for. We went to the room and as we attempted to open the door to room 2751 (which was informed at the desk) the key did not work. My husband went downstairs informing them about the key, they gave him a new keyand that one worked.
Now it's checkout time. When checking out, I was informed that I had 103 dollars per day for upgrade and resort fees. They will not get our business again. When I asked about a copy of the agreement I so called signed for upgrades, Valentin stated he couldn't give me the information. Wow I guess I need to check this information out further since the declined to give me a copy of my agreement. NO PARIS HOTEL FOR MY GIRLS TRIP
hey oo
The hotel has been great until our day at the pool today. The pool is not family friendly at all!!!! The pool staff are not kind even though i know there are rules but they are not consistently enforced for all guests and not made clear as they changed each time they walked around. The signs that we were told that are posted every where are not, as I walked around looking for them. Not enough seating! This hotel pool area is only focused on getting money for renting cabanas or chairs which are the only thing available within sight of the pool. No seating available to watch your children while they swim. Not allowed to sit on towels around the pool WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at any hotel swimming pool anywhere in Vegas and I have stayed at many. Only chairs available are far from the pool. For this reason alone I would not recommend this hotel even with their great location.
