- Hotel is modern and spacious. Decor is boring - lots of brown and the same prints everywhere.
- Room is a good size and clean. Carpet was a bit stained. Comfortable beds
- Breakfast is very good. Dinner options are good too but should have a dedicated Middle Eastern option.
- Beaches are a nice size with separate family beach. On one overcast day about 24c. The staff removed all seat cushions and largely wandered off.
- Hotel is close to the airport but not much else. Expect a 15-25 taxi to downtown depending on traffic.
- I was woken twice by staff telephoning room despite “do not disturb”. Doesn’t seem connected to front desk.
- I couldn’t extend checkout due to hotel being “fully booked”. My guess was it was 20% occupied and they were happy to sell an extra half day despite “fully booked”

A truly exceptional stay at Park Hyatt Dubai! We were given a beautiful ground-floor room with balcony access to the garden and marina yacht—such a serene and picturesque setting. The lush greenery and the soothing sounds of birds chirping added to the peaceful ambiance, making it feel like a hidden oasis in the city. The hotel stands out for its elegant atmosphere, breathtaking views, top-notch amenities, and spacious layout. The housekeeping team and front office staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience. One of the best hotels in Dubai for those who appreciate luxury, nature, and tranquility!”

Such an amazing place and an amazing stay. As soon as we got there they treated us such great service. After checking in, we were taken to our room, which was great. But my wife wanted a better view, so she went to the front asked if we could change rooms for a better view. I was surprised when they said yes. Wife was happy, which make is good. The New room was perfect with a great view. We walked around the area to get a good look. And the area was breathless. We had one small issue where the next room tenants were up playing loud music past 2am, but the front assisted us with that issue.
And I used the golf range outside to warm up a bit as well. Really nice there as well.
Definitely a great place to stay. I am sure we will be back here on our next trip to Dubai.

have stayed at this hotel 4–5 times over the past 10 years. It is located about 5–10 minutes by taxi from the airport. The drive to Dubai Mall takes approximately 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic.
The staff is extremely polite and helpful, and the rooms are cleaned several times a day. The rooms are spacious; ours had a view of the family pool and the Dubai skyline.
During my previous stays, I always received a thoughtful welcome gift, such as a fruit platter and a bottle of wine, but this time, there was nothing. The carpets in the hallways seemed a bit allergenic and caused me to cough.
Additionally, upon check-in, the receptionist was unaware that I had booked a room with breakfast and asked if I wanted to add it. I had to correct her, which should not happen in a hotel of this caliber. Also, I found the previous breakfast hall more attractive than the current one.

I had a disappointing Experience with the Night Shift Front Desk Manager at Park Hyatt Hotel, called Mr Muhammad.
I recently had the misfortune of interacting with Mr. Muhammad, the night shift front desk manager at the Park Hyatt Hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by his unprofessional demeanor and poor customer service skills.
Today, at about 4am morning, I approached the front desk to report an issue. However, instead of being greeted with the usual warmth and courtesy, I was met with a dismissive and curt attitude by Mr. Muhammad.
Throughout our interaction, he displayed a lack of empathy and understanding, failing to address my concerns in a satisfactory manner. His tone was abrupt, and his body language conveyed a sense of disinterest.
As a paying guest, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism from hotel staff, especially those in management positions. Mr. Muhammad's behaviour fell short of these expectations, leaving a sour taste in my mouth.
While the Park Hyatt Hotel has consistently delivered exceptional service in the past, this encounter with Mr. Muhammad was a disappointing anomaly. I hope the hotel's management takes necessary steps to address this issue and ensure that guests receive the level of service they deserve.
