We have already come in March. To our great surprise, 6 months later, all the staff recognized us and we were so well received. With a lot of naturalness, we are given the impression of being the most important customer and each employee, very helpful, does not know how to please us, with little attentions, a smile; it is very pleasant. I want to thank all the Park Regency staff for their professionalism. I like to see such a good understanding and mutual aid between everyone where those responsible do not hesitate to get involved if necessary. Never aggressiveness and always smiling without exaggeration, even when there is a lot of work. You really offer us a high quality service. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable. The food is of very good quality and varied. There is something for everyone. The buildings, bedrooms, swimming pools, green spaces and beaches are perfectly maintained. I only have one wish: It would be nice to have a pass to access low tide from the small beach to the east. Thank you very much for this wonderful stay without any false note. This is our 3rd visit in the space of a year. Can't imagine we will be coming back again. We loved this place because it was quiet. This time, the loud pounding music is just ridiculous. We choose a beach front room for the tranquility, that has gone! We are still here now and have 1 day to go. Have no idea why the hotel thinks that it's acceptable to pump loud awful music for everyone in the hotel. This has never been the case in previous visits. We can't be the only ones that don't appreciate it! Never again. Food is good, staff are lovely.

The service at the hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. From the smooth check-in process to the friendly assistance throughout, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The room service was hassan the room was 1618 was equally impressive—orders were delivered promptly, and the presentation and quality of the food were excellent. The attention to detail, from tidying the room to fulfilling special requests, made the experience feel luxurious. Overall, the service provided was outstanding and truly enhanced the stay.

We had an incredible holiday at Park Regency (07/10/24 - 18/10/24). The resort itself is huge and amazing: immaculate, beautiful grounds and walkways. Our room was also immaculate and very comfortable, with towels and bedding refreshed regularly. What made it really special was the staff: all those we met were welcoming, friendly, professional and helpful. At all times you felt safe on the resort, there was visible yet discreet security and you quickly realised you could approach any member of staff if you needed assistance. Every meal we had was delicious, and we took advantage of the great variety and choice, mealtimes were a real pleasure! We would like to thank the following staff who went above and beyond to make our stay so special: Wahid (manager of the Park Club) and Elsayed, his colleague, both always so warm, efficient and helpful! Also Mohammed the Park Club pool guy, he was attentive, courteous and helpful at all times, and we spent several days relaxing by the pool, he really looked after us. We also had a terrific waiter at Cafe Fresco, another Mohammed, who was also extremely professional and efficient, and always warm and cheerful. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff. We are planning to return to Park Regency next year!
