We have just returned from the Park Regency Hotel and what an amazing time we had! The location is exceptional with coral reefs in abundance. Snorkeling and diving paradise! The food offering I would say is average. Our room was beautifully clean with super comfy beds. What stands out for us with the Park Regency is the service. It is outstanding! Everyone, from the pool team, (special shout out to Ibrahim), bar staff, reception, the dining and maintenance team are the most attentive, friendly, helpful bunch of people I've come across. Without exception, the whole team go out of their way to make your stay, the best it could possibly be. Would definitely go again!

The service at the hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. From the smooth check-in process to the friendly assistance throughout, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The room service was hassan the room was 1618 was equally impressive—orders were delivered promptly, and the presentation and quality of the food were excellent. The attention to detail, from tidying the room to fulfilling special requests, made the experience feel luxurious. Overall, the service provided was outstanding and truly enhanced the stay.

This is our 3rd visit in the space of a year. Can't imagine we will be coming back again. We loved this place because it was quiet. This time, the loud pounding music is just ridiculous. We choose a beach front room for the tranquility, that has gone! We are still here now and have 1 day to go. Have no idea why the hotel thinks that it's acceptable to pump loud awful music for everyone in the hotel. This has never been the case in previous visits. We can't be the only ones that don't appreciate it! Never again. Food is good, staff are lovely.

I could mention many many more names (F&B: Mario, Mohamed, Zoury, Mostafa - Animation: Karina, Arina, Ayala, Manchester, - Lifeguards: Mohamed, Mina - HK: Yasser, Mohamed - FO: Azza - Wellness "The Amber SPA": Hassan, Franco, Mena, Shaimaa - etc etc), because EACH of your valued employees has donated us something, which costs nothing but is extremely precious: empathy, care, attention, courtesy, politeness and excellent service.
Furthermore my mum and I were impressed by English knowledge of the most of your staff members, especially HK dept, which is not common.
Last but not least, a special word for Park Regent property and outlets: simply magnificent and mostly spotless, constantly being well maintained.
We especially loved our room #2302, the breathtaking views from everywhere, the beach and pool relaxing zones, the lush vegetation, the delicious varied food, stretching & yoga section, the music background.
Having worked in worldwide hotel industry for almost 45 years, my critical sense is pretty developed: for you only beautiful words.
Just 2 things: wifi connection should be improved and more flexibility with late check out would have been appreciated, even of 1 extra hour.
The management must be proud of their valued employees, which work with their ❤️

We have already come in March. To our great surprise, 6 months later, all the staff recognized us and we were so well received. With a lot of naturalness, we are given the impression of being the most important customer and each employee, very helpful, does not know how to please us, with little attentions, a smile; it is very pleasant. I want to thank all the Park Regency staff for their professionalism. I like to see such a good understanding and mutual aid between everyone where those responsible do not hesitate to get involved if necessary. Never aggressiveness and always smiling without exaggeration, even when there is a lot of work. You really offer us a high quality service. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable. The food is of very good quality and varied. There is something for everyone. The buildings, bedrooms, swimming pools, green spaces and beaches are perfectly maintained.
I only have one wish: It would be nice to have a pass to access low tide from the small beach to the east.
