Staff are especially friendly, happy to help. Animation team are all great.Always happy, especially Megan & Emily who's always happy to give advice on the area and nights out with the team. Cannot fault this hotel. Lovely week away. Baz the barman was great so lovely. The reception staff were so friendly. Everyday always greeted with a smile Barman at the small pool and the young lifeguard were just the best. We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was lovely and comfortable. Can't wait to go back

Had a great stay here for a week. The room was a little tired but they are refurbishing at the moment and with that been the only negative I feel this hotel could be a gem come next summer. Food was nice and if you like trying new food plenty of choice. It is slightly salty but other than that very tasty. My wife can't have dairy, she mentioned it once and they went out and bought her almond milk. Fantastic service if you ask me. Pool was cold but it was February. The heated pool was fine and we enjoyed that one, the slides were also great fun and broke the days up. Service around the pool and in the bar was unbelievable. They really take the time to talk to you first couple of days. After that you have to tell them to stop bringing drinks or they turn up every 15 minutes. All in a great stay and would recommend.

Lovely hotel with a great atmosphere. Staff are incredible and the hotel has lots to offer. Always something to eat and 2 all inclusive restaurants to choose from. Lots of entertainment during the day and events going on. I can’t wait to be back

Our family room was amazing. Only warning is put a towel down so you don't Slip in the shower. Cleaned everyday.The staff are absolutely lovely.If you are on need of any extras just ask and they will do everything they can to help .

The rooms are dated and could do with a freshener. Although the hotel is kept clean, but not very good at air-conditioning in public areas. The food is very repetitive it's the same every day lunch and dinner just the meat dish that changes. The unheated pool is stone cold and not used by many but is quiet for sunbathing and relaxing. The pool itself needs updating there's not much grout between the tiles so be careful when first getting in the pool from the shallow end. The waiter around the pool keeps your drinks topped up all day so it's worth tipping him.
