Great hotel! We have just spent 2 weeks here and we had the best time! Staff are all lovely, especially Abdallah the waiter. He looked after us every day, brought our drinks to us and always made sure my son had his mayonnaise 😅 (they only had ketchup and mustard out). He was very friendly and very good with the children. The lifeguards around the main pool were nice too and helped my kids to learn to swim! The food was nice, I always found something nice to eat, and they always had chicken nuggets and chips for the kids. The slides were great, my kids loved them and I enjoyed them too. Evening entertainment wasn’t great, but other than that, I think the hotel was great! We would definitely come back to this hotel again 😊

Me and family visited this hotel at the end of the June and we want to tell you that this is the best restaurants that we ever visit. So tasty food and drinks. The swimming pools and activities in the pools are pretty good, amazing aqua gum with Sofia! Clean and big rooms!

Not the best hotel in Egypt, but very good one! I happy to visit it. I have a very good memories with animation team, thanks for Sofia specially, the best of the best!
