Recently returned from a lovely, relaxing 6 night stay at the Pavilions. Everything was amazing. Our villa was spacious with a separate living area, nice bedroom and a good sized bathroom with the added bonus of an outside shower. Loved our villa entrance with the personalized sign above the door which we couldn’t resist purchasing to take home with us! Everything was clean and comfortable and one of our favourite things was the large water dispenser so we always had plenty of drinking water (and reducing plastic bottle waste). Other nice touches were the flower bath on arrival, the fruit basket and the little gifts at turndown every night. It’s the little things like that that make the stay extra special. All the staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful and we loved that most days they asked when it suited us for them to come and clean the room or do turndown. The whole resort is so quiet even though it’s just off a busy road and everything you need is in walking distance, so we especially loved the location. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Sanur!

Our stay at the Pavilions was nothing short of extraordinary. We spent 8 nights in the Honeymoon Villa and everything exceeded our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the staff's warm hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. The villa itself was a haven of tranquility, combining Balinese elements with modern luxury.
The attention to detail in every aspect was impeccable. The restaurant and pool bar service was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options. The Pavilions spa treatments were a true indulgence, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and pampered.
The personalised service was second to none and is what made our trip so special. The staff went above and beyond for us, from romantic dinners to providing excellent recommendations for restaurants.
The lush serene surroundings made is difficult for us to leave. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Five stars all the way! We will be back.

The Pavilions was so amazing, the 2 bedroom villa was beautiful. The spacious grounds of the villa with the dining and living pagoda was so relaxing. The rooms were large, clean and well attended. We had bought the sanur Indulgence and the small turn down gifts were beautiful each night. The butler service and villa team were all so happy and friendly.
The spa was relaxing and the ladies were lovely and so was the team in reception.
The location is great being so close to the beach, markets and restaurants, but still quiet.

A true oasis. Perfect blend of modern and Balinese aesthetic. Well appointed villa, private and secluded. Staff are all very friendly. We have now stayed twice here and have already booked another return trip. So relaxing - nourishment for the soul

We loved everything about our stay at The Pavilions Bali. The property and villas are lovely, very spacious and peaceful. The staff are really a standout, you can see it in all the reviews, just so friendly, special mention to Free, Chandra and Mia, who were more than happy to answer my twins many questions each day! Please give them a big thank you! Breakfast bought to the villa each morning was fresh, delicious and plentiful, and was so easy to order online. I had an amazing treatment at the Spa. So many nice little touches that set this place apart from other properties, the personalised villa sign which we were able to purchase to bring home as a momento of our trip, the gifts left at turndown each night, the flower petal baths on arrival, and a special birthday gift. We arrived very late at night, and were still given welcome drinks and a snack, which was much appreciated. The property is in a great location close to restaurants, shopping and the beach (or a short Grab ride away if preferred). They were very accommodating at guaranteeing my request for a 2 bedroom villa with interconnecting bedrooms as we had children with us, even with booking many months in advance. We will definitely stay again on our next visit, and can't wait to come back. It truly is a little piece of heaven on earth with amazing Balinese hospitality😊
