Just returned to Australia from a week long stay at the Pavilions, Bali. Wow! What an amazing place! From the moment we arrived till leaving this morning, we had the most memorable stay. It was both of our first times in Bali and we are so glad we picked this place to stay. Cannot fault even a single thing at the Pavilions. 10/10 recommend, we will definitely return!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at The Pavilions in Sanur. The villas are even better in real life than the online images. We were shown around our villa by the host on arrival and it felt like a dream! Everything was so incredibly beautiful. We were nicely surprised to see our name-Villa Hyde on timber decorated with fresh frangipanis at the entrance! The delicious refreshing lime and mint welcome drink served in a bamboo cup was another amazing surprise! We were made to feel very special on our first day which continued for the rest of our stay. The staff are so friendly and efficient. There are so many things I could rave about our Pavilions experience. The highlights were: the flower petal filled bath on the first night, the oil burner that was lit each night during the down service, the filtered water on tap for the entire stay, the private pool surrounded by lush gardens and was cleaned every day, the unexpected cultural gifts with printed descriptions left on our bed each night, the spacious bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, the robes, slippers and shopping basket for use during or stay, the turtles and cat fish in the pond, the bamboo lit driveway that leads to the Main Street lined with shops, stalls, cafes & restaurants…need I go on!!! I’m reluctant to write this, as it’s such a great secret and selfishly, I don’t want it to get too popular. However the staff and management deserve a great review. We are coming up to our third stay here and we love it. The friendliness, commitment to guest satisfaction, tranquil space and AMAZING breakfasts earn them six stars. The spa massages are awesome too. My favourite villa in Bali. Thank you for all your care and kindness Team-Pavillion.

We had an amazing stay at The Pavilions Bali in a private pool villa, perfect for our little family. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and the private pool was a big hit! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more special. We loved the in-villa breakfast each morning—delicious and so convenient. The entire property is stunning and peaceful, offering a perfect escape. Highly recommend for a relaxing family getaway! Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional attention to detail to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. The villa with private pool was our home for a week and it was lovely. The Jahe restaurant was a pleasant experience with live Balinese music on Tuesday evening and dancers showing the traditional style. Staff are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble providing it’s a reasonable request. Little gifts left for us each day included incense, a traditional fan, a macrame knotted key ring and a small notebook made of banana leaf (we may not be able to take the last one home as our strict quarantine rules forbid banana leaf) but we were touched with each gift. Highly recommended as a getaway for couples and families. Chandra was our breakfast angel! He was kind, attentive, and efficient! Our villa was attended daily and was one of the loveliest stays we have ever had! All of the staff from the groundsmen to the manager were wonderful.
