We stayed at the Princess Sun Hotel in Rhodes for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience overall. The hotel is set in a peaceful hillside location, which means beautiful views over the bay and a nice, breezy atmosphere — perfect for escaping the busier resort areas. Rooms: Our room was clean, bright, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The balcony was a lovely spot for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay. Food & Drink: The buffet had a great variety each day, with fresh salads, grilled meats, and plenty of local Greek dishes to try. The desserts were a particular highlight! The poolside snack bar was perfect for a quick bite, and the drinks menu was generous. Pools & Beach: The main pool area was lively and the hotel’s beach is a short shuttle ride away, the water there was crystal clear. Staff & Service: The real highlight was the staff. From reception to restaurant service, everyone was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They seemed to really enjoy making guests feel at home. Entertainment: The animation team kept both kids and adults entertained with games, evening shows, and activities, but it never felt intrusive if you just wanted to relax. Overall: This is a perfect spot for couples or families looking for a laid-back, all-inclusive break with a touch of Greek charm. We left feeling refreshed, sun-kissed, and already talking about coming back.

We were really pleased with our stay at Princess Beach Hotel. We stayed in a family room which was well designed to maximise space and despite all our stuff the room never felt crowded, and was really clean - first time a room actually looks as new and clean as the pictures! Staff are really friendly , and the pool areas were always well maintained. The hot food section in the buffet was less than what we've seen before but this wasn't a bad thing as it meant it was unlikely there were left overs for the next day. They hardly use singe use plastics (glass bottles in the restaurant and hard plastics by the pool) which is good to see. There is a short (5 min) shuttle bus ride to the beach which is by the sister hotel which means you can eat and drink by the beach too. The car hire lady, Cristina was absolutely lovely and helpful. There were a few things that could have been better but I didn't feel they were significant enough to drop a star. - The plates in the main restaurant weren't always clean there were always a couple which had food residue - perhaps more attention can be given to this before putting them out. - You get a few 500ml bottles of water in your room when you arrive but these are not replenished, we bought a large pack of 6 from the hotel shop for €4.50 it wasn't really a big deal. - A clock and a couple more bins by the pools wouldn't go amiss. - There is a play park in the kids club but not one for the kids to play in the evening for example. This would have been great to give the kids something to do as apart from the evening disco at 20:30 there wasn't a lot for them to do in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

The hotel staff were very polite and welcoming, however we requested to book the Greek tavern restaurant on several occasions and never heard back about any booking bee made. The breakfast was the same every day and lacking in choice. The food choices were better for lunch and dinner. The pizzas in the pool snack bar were freshly made. The views were spectacular and we had the sea view room which added a little extra on an evening for us to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view.

I recently stayed at this hotel, drawn in by its glowing online reviews. Unfortunately, my experience didn't quite match the expectations set. Dining Experience: The food options were underwhelming. The meals lacked flavor and variety, making dining less enjoyable. To enhance the culinary experience, I recommend: Introducing a wider range of dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options. Incorporating locally sourced ingredients to add freshness and support regional producers. Offering themed nights or seasonal menus to keep the dining experience exciting. Customer Service: While the staff were polite, the overall service felt impersonal and lacked warmth. To improve guest satisfaction, consider: Providing customer service training that emphasizes empathy and proactive assistance. Encouraging staff to engage with guests beyond basic interactions, creating a more welcoming atmosphere. Implementing a feedback system to address concerns promptly and effectively. Spa Facilities: The spa facilities were basic and didn't offer the relaxation experience I had hoped for. Enhancements could include: Upgrading treatment rooms with features like heated tables and mood lighting, music to create a more luxurious environment. Expanding the range of treatments available, such as aromatherapy or hydrotherapy sessions. In conclusion, while the hotel has potential, there are several areas that could benefit from attention to detail and investment. I hope these suggestions are taken into consideration to enhance future guest experiences.

Pretty good hotel, food was typical for a 4* all inclusive, except for French night, not sure what was going on there 😅 but overall pretty good. Pools are nice and clean, drinks are pretty nice also. Animation team was good, really positive vibes 👌 The biggest issue was the acrid sewer smell which seemed to be drifting over from the septic tank, not as bad after the staff put what looked like petrol in it, seems to affect the mountain view rooms the worst and was very unpleasant at times, I hope they fix it 🫢 Overall I'd recommend it, thanks guys 👍
