We stayed for 3 nights as a family with two kids, and overall, the experience was very pleasant. 1. Housekeeping did a fantastic job—our room was cleaned thoroughly and looked fresh every morning. 2. The breakfast selection was good and satisfying. 3. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. 4. The location is excellent, with direct access to both the mall and the metro station. 5. Restaurant and reception staff were especially friendly and patient with the kids, which we truly appreciated.

The Pullman hotel in Deirah was fantastic in every aspect of the word. We had a pleasant and good stay with exceptional staff! Staff in the executive lounge was very hospitable and always accommodated our last minute requests- special mention to Laskshika Mahabub and chef Ranjan. We would most definitely come back again.

The hotel offers luxurious rooms and a nice restaurant. The bar on the first floor is well-equipped with TV channels to watch the game. The executive lounge provides excellent beverages, and special thanks to Peter and Lavinia for their outstanding customer service. The beds are comfortable, and the cleaning staff ensures a high standard of hygiene. Overall, a great experience with top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.
