The best Hotel that I’ve been in Dubai so far! The breakfast is amazing, the staff are really nice and accommodating. Rohit, the cleaner, is really nice. He always ask when do we want our room cleaned which refreshing because not everybody wakes up at 8am for their room to be cleaned. The pool, gym, spa are amazing and very well equipped. The mall connected to the hotel is a great perk to have because it make getting food and shopping in general more convenient. 10/10 would recommend to anybody visiting Dubai!

I recently stayed at Pullman Dubai and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and quick, making my arrival stress-free. The room was clean, well-maintained, and well designed with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is excellent — close to major attractions, restaurants, and transport options. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh, tasty options to start the day. Umesh has great cleaning services and is very kind and accommodating. The staff is generally very sweet and helpful, willing to cater to your every need for maximum comfort. The rooms are well kept and very clean and the breakfast is amazing! There’s a very wide selection of breakfast foods, some made right in front of you. The care and kindness of the staff goes a long way and you can tell they value customer comfort above everything. Worth the stay for sure!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. It was my son’s birthday, and to our delight, the hotel upgraded our room and even surprised us with a delicious cake to celebrate — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay unforgettable. The hotel was spotless, and every little detail was taken care of — from the fully stocked and immaculate bathroom to the excellent in-room amenities. The entire property was well-maintained, and the facilities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean and relaxing. Everything about the stay was perfect — great service, friendly staff, and a very comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience in Dubai!

The hotel was great. Staff was fantastic. Breakfast and service was exemplary. Cleaning was awesome. The 2 things that I would like to change was the bath tubs. The tub height is very long and hard to get in for kids and seniors. And half door only because of which water went out while bathing. It was slippery as well. Rest all amenities were great. We loved the swimming pool, Breakfast, elevators, staff, concierge and the location as well
