We absolutely loved this resort. Rooms were cleaned daily and the staff is tremendously polite. Our room was on the private side (no kids) and was nice and quiet with private pools too. Our roomsmelt a little mouldy, so they upgraded us immediately. Air con works perfectly, the breakfast was one of the biggest I’ve ever seen in a resort, with both western and Indonesian, and the beach is right in front of the hotel with very easy access. We will definitely come again. 10/10

Don’t be deceived by the longstanding reputation and reviews. I’ve stayed here for years and years as a child growing up and known the place to be amazing so of course booked a room on my recent trip. Booked a “superior room” and honestly the room was far from it which is gobsmacking considering the stature and reputation they hold. The images attached below are the room we booked and the room we received. Go and stay at the Hyatt or Intercontinental instead if you’re paying this in this range. Didn’t bother complaining while I was there as it was Christmas and the hotel was booked out but honestly would’ve advise against it. Service however is fantastic. Please amend the imagery used to advertise this “superior” room or renovate the rooms because this was so so disappointing and I won’t return.

Beautiful clean hotel, with that traditional feel, gorgeous well kept gardens with a few pools. One with a swim up bar. Lots of sun beds to choose from. Fantastic breakfast and lovely staff. Do yourself a favour and wake up early to enjoy the beautiful sunrise each morning! Such a beautiful clean and calm beach to swim in! Definitely worth the money and a must stay in my opinion 🌴🥥🙏

Highly recommend staying at this hotel, the best on the beach front! Absolutely beautiful, we had a lovely stay and the staff are so lovely and friendly as everywer in Bali! The food and drinks Wer great to and loved the pool bar! Was all super clean! Will definitely be coming back to this hotel! We was there over Christmas and they made so much effort with the decorations and Christmas event x

Pros: Convenient location, beautiful landscaping, nice pool, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly staff. Cons: Bland breakfast options, outdated rooms, small shower facilities, and bathrobes with rust stains. The breakfast menu was very disappointing, and the coffee was terrible. I visited for the afternoon tea offered with the club room but left without eating anything. Regarding breakfast service, except the main indoor area, no one sets the seaside tables, serves coffee or tea, or even acknowledges guests despite making eye contact. They only ask for the room number and don’t properly set up the seating, assigning tables in a chaotic manner with no sense of order. While other services were decent, the breakfast experience was exceptionally poor. With improvements in interior remodeling and breakfast service, the overall experience could be much better. However, as it stands, the overall service feels closer to a 3-star level.
