A group of 6 stayed booking the Santrian Club. Sadly 1 couple wasn't put in the club area and we wasn't together, another couple had to move rooms after a day because there wasn't a ground floor room ready. Aside from that our room was big and clean, a bit of a musty smell but the rooms are waiting an upgrade so hopefully this will be rectified. Shower was very small so hopefully that will change with the upgrades. The location is right on the beach and close to shops, bar and restaurants. Staff were nice but wasn't that friendly. Buffet breakfast was outstanding, much choice, loved it!! Afternoon tea had the best cakes sadly the tea was often cold. We only ate in the restaurant once as the food was pricey, but nice. The resort was so clean and those maintaining the grounds were always friendly. Unfortunately one of our days there was a private event on that wasn't very private, it was to noisy to sit around the pool with the swim up bar and no sunbeds around the other pools. We asked for an airer for our bathers at the stay of our 4 day stay and never received one so we had to dry then on the chairs out the front. We never went to the spa, even with the discount it was very pricey. If you are going to book book directly with the resort you'll get a better deal.

We have had an amazing vacation with our stay here. First of all, the team of people that work here have made the stay so delightful. The resort itself is beautiful! It is a joy to walk around and take it all in. The interior of the rooms are a classic colonial style. My only suggestion is that for the club rooms they might need to do some updating there after so many years of service. I can highly recommend a stay here, as we hope to come back here another time. So thank you Puri Santrian family.

This is a very traditional resort with a direct access to the beach and the center of Sanur it has a multitude of swimming pools and amenities that makes it the perfect stay in Bali. Some may find it a bit dated, but I personally found that it added to the "Balinese feel". With a wide choice of fusion food and a drinks, it delivers a great western- Balinese ambience. A great stay in Bali!!!

This was my favorite stay in my Bali trip. Great location slightly further away from the shopping hub for a bit more peace and quiet, beautiful and clean property, great breakfast and a variety of amenities (free bikes and kayak). We did encounter some AC issues during our stay but the maintenance team did a great job resolving it fairly quickly.

Incredibly Beautiful Resort and great location but overall disappointed. Firstly, the pools are great - no one ever checked for the "club access " and you could go to any pool. Saw kids at time in it, but rarely. The breakfast selection is huge and okay- fruit some days had maggots so CHECK. Sitting out by the beach on the tables or sun beds were excellent - could sit there all day! Room was spacious but nothing special - had to unplug the light to be able to charge my electronic phone as no ports. AC struggled and didn't like the beds ( but that's a personal touch) The bit that dissaointed me being a 4star hotel was the service. Always dirty dishes near the staircases and rooms all day with leftover food. If you were sitting by the 'adults 'only pool - getting a drink you either had to walk back go the main area to order or call off a phone located behind a desk and then wait about 1hour for it to arrive. Due to no one being around , wet towels, dishes and empty bottles would be left till the evening around the pool area. Bit of a shame.
