Beautiful resort with amazing beachside location. Rooms and some aspects of resort are a little dated (no swipe card keys, no app for hotel amenities, no smart tv etc) but everything functions as it should. Rooms are always clean and staff are so very friendly and helpful. We travelled with our 18 month old, I wouldn’t say the resort is for kids but there are facilities for him (great cot, high chairs, shallow pool) which was perfect.
Main pool is great with a swim up bar. Attached mezzanine restaurant is well worth a visit especially with hotel guests getting 50% off food.
All in all great resort, best suited to those looking for a chill relaxing time close to the beach.

A good place to stay. Grounds are a lush garden, adds an air of privacy. Staff is very helpful. Premier rooms are large with nice patios. Several pools, a couple restricted to certain sections of the hotel. Beach is just okay. Beach walkway goes the length of Sanur, nice! Shops, food, grocery store just a short walk out of hotel grounds on a quiet street with loads of Bali character. A nice breakfast also!

Local guests are treated unequally sometimes
I stayed here for a week because our office held an event here with other 30ish guests. The room is clean, bathtub is biggg. The meeting room is nice, sound system super great. Food for our lunch was quite nice I should say. Snacks for our meeting sometimes good sometimes not unfortunately.
Staffs for cleaning and meeting venue are friendly and helpful.
However I feel like this hotel should learn how to treat local guests equally. During breakfast I can see this different treatment. I never being offered coffee or tea. Meanwhile the foreigner in front of me just arrived did not even take his seat. And he already being asked "do you want coffee or tea". The front gate never ask foreigner when they enter the hotel area but our guest with local face is being asked where "do you want to go?"
For breakfast unfortunately the pork session is not separated. So my guest who follow the rule prefer not taking the breakfast.

We stayed 3 nights here in a premier deluxe room. The facilities, staff & beach were great. The breakfast had so much choice and varied daily which was nice. Lots of fresh fruit, sweet & savoury options, including gluten free. Afternoon tea was a nice touch & included.
The staff went above and beyond to help with drinks by the pool, arranging Taxis etc.
Our room was large, very clean, excellent shower & a view over the pool which was lovely.
I think the only 2 things that let it down were
1. No access to free drinking water, only bottles. They did give you 2 per day (300mls) but otherwise you had to purchase, which late at night was not always possible.
2. We booked the premier deluxe which had access to adults only pool, however this wasn’t really enforced and often there were children playing which was a shame. The staff did as some to leave after numerous complaints from other people. As you pay extra for this pool I was expecting it to be a bit more strict.
This being said, I absolutely would stay here again. These are only minor points and probably because the rest of the hotel was such a high standard.

Enjoyed this nice resort. A nice clean room. Very well maintained. It has fantastic pools and garden. The staff is super professional.
Wisuda in particular has always helped us kindly when we had a drink at the lovely beach there
