My husband and I stayed at Raaya for our honeymoon and it was an incredible experience, despite it raining every day. This was our first time in the Maldives and we are blown away not only by the nature, but by the hospitality of the staff here. Everyone is so kind and so friendly. The staff love teaching you about local culture and cuisine if you ask them which is always so good to learn. They go above and beyond in every way to make sure your stay is nothing short of perfect.
Dining options have been great, the breakfast buffet especially is fantastic. I love that they have different cuisines at all mealtimes. The resort has three restaurants in addition to the all-day buffet that all offer good dining options and enough variety to not get bored.
Excursions and water sports are available every day and are so much fun, with highly skilled staff to guide you. We were lucky enough to see some dolphins and a manta ray on our jet ski trips!
The spa is so serene, and offers private suites for couples massages. The resort also had daily activities that are a real value-add such as yoga, sound meditation, mangrove walk, etc.
Housekeeping team is fantastic and quick to address any needs.
All in all, I would highly recommend Raaya, largely because of how incredible the staff here are.

I am really impressed. It was an amazing vacation! We stayed in one of the water villas, which, in my opinion, was the best choice because water villas have an amazing view and no mosquitos.
Our room was cleaned twice a day, and they were really fast. Every time we left the room for 30-60 minutes, we would come back to find it already cleaned.
Everyone in the hotel was friendly, and the staff greeted us every time. That’s really cool!
I really liked the food at Raaya Life, the buffet restaurant. The fresh juices and fruit selection were great! The Arabic restaurant was okay, but the food could be slightly improved.

**My Maldives Getaway at Raaya Hotel**
I recently had an amazing vacation at the Raaya Hotel in the Maldives. The beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters were breathtaking. The hotel was luxurious, with spacious rooms offering stunning ocean views. The food was delicious, especially the fresh seafood. I enjoyed a variety of activities, including snorkeling and a sunset cruise. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay even more special. Overall, it was a perfect and unforgettable getaway.

We want to thank all the staff at Rayya by Atmosphere in Maldives for making our honeymoon incredibly incredibly special.
The resort is absolutely breathtaking, the food beyond excellent and the island has great facilities especially the spa, recreational activities and watersports. We would recommend the water villas with a pool which were very luxurious and gave you the best of all worlds. The resort caters extremely well to couples on honeymoon and frequently makes special touches throughout the stay. The dive centre team are extremely competent, and very caring of the guests under their care ensuring they have the best possible experience, with safety always first.
From the moment, we arrived to our departure every team member has gone out of their way to help us and to make us feel welcome.
We would like to make a few special mentions to the staff and give them our thanks for their kindness and hospitality (we apologise for any errors in names!).
Catering - Special thank you to Chanchal and Nippen for their excellent juices every morning and great sense of humour. Zizi, Sam, Mo,Jameel, Mohan and Nive for going above and beyond for us.
Activities - Thank you to Manaf for teaching us Padel tennis and for practicing with us almost every day. Your energy and enthusiasm is impressive (and infectious in the best possible way).
Thank you also to our new sister Mehri for your kindness and excellent art skills. You brought a piece of home to us even in the Maldives!
Island Host - Zappe was a professional and super efficient island host handling not just our booking requests but also changes immediately and effectively. We have had some fantastic new experiences as a result.
Housekeeping - last but not least a massive heartfelt thank you to Jahid. We can’t recommend him enough. He has worked so incredibly hard looking after us and our water Villa every single day of our stay. He has been incredibly thoughtful going out of his way to add thoughtful little touches such as the amazing array of artistic and beautiful bed decorations (see photos). He is a credit to his team and to the resort.

We travelled to Raaya in Jan 2025 for our anniversary for 5 nights and our stay was amazing! The Raaya staff we always friendly, accommodating and wanting to help us. There is a selection of different food available and activities / excursions that can be arranged. A memorable and plansant stay and would definitely come again. Special thanks to Dana our island host who was always available to help and made our stay worry free. We had a smooth arrival and departure via seaplane. Thanks to Jahid for providing excellent house keeping, the friendly staff at the dive centre for our excursions and also staff at the restaurants Himashun, Chanchal, Suriya and Sharif for great shuttle service on the island. We had lovely sunny weather and were told there were some rainy days prior to arrival. We stayed in a water villa which was lovely and peaceful, regularly cleaned. We would definitely recommend this island of paradise and hope to return! Thank you.
