My stay at Raffles has been nothing short of a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff were gracious hosts, and they provided me with exceptional hospitality. The prices were very reasonable. My butler, Ashraf, was very accommodating and friendly. I was met with utmost courtesy and respect, and he ensured I had everything I needed. The room was spacious at 70 square meters, and the amenities and facilities were sustainable and well maintained. Overall, I’d rate my experience at Raffles 5 stars and would recommend anyone looking for a good hotel to check out Raffles.

Exceptional hotel for staff service and comfort. New pool area is a huge improvement. We took a Club room and the staff in Club Lounge and at breakfast are exceptional. Danny at the pool area was really great at helping our mobility needs and keeping us well shaded. Our 4th visit and it never disappoints. Had two really good meals at Solo and in Raffles Garden. Again really well looked after and assisted. Will return which is the best thing you can say in a review.

We just spent 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. We had a club room which was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. All the staff are very attentive, pleasant and go above and beyond to be helpful. The breakfast is amazing, one of the best breakfast buffets we have encountered. The selection is enormous. The club lounge was also great, food, drinks, cocktails and coffees. Always taxis around the hotel, the Metro is 5 minutes walk and very easy to use and goes to all the main touristy spots at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again

Our stay at Raffles Wafi was excellent in every aspect. The staff were superb. We can name a few however, everyone in their role were a joy to be around. Juanaid, Queenie and Anissa in Reception, Maya cooking in the Breakfast room. Part of a team producing the most excellent breakfast buffet we encountered on our travels. Dana in Concierge who was most helpful guiding and directing us in our adventures. Hats off to ALL of the staff who made our stay so pleasurable. Would return in a heartbeat!!
