I visited Dubai and Raffles-hotel with my daughter on January and we stayed there for (unfortunately only) three days. I booked Raffles club room, but as a very pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to suite during our check-in. The room was unbelievable; 150m2, jacuzzi and huge balcony. As our flight departed very late in our last trip day, the hotel also gave us late check-out at 16PM, which was also nice surprise. The hotel was overall superb with very friendly staff, clean and dashing interiors and outstanding breakfast. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea and the evening canapes in the club lounge. My daughter spent also time in the hotel pool and enjoyed her time there a lot. Among with the complimentary water served directly to the sunbeds, there was also some tasty snacks and other drinks available. Location was quite good, as the hotel located within only 10min drive from the airport, but in the same time, reaching the city centre took some 15min taxi drive. We tried to have some walk in the hotel surrounding, but the area was clearly not designed for walking and wandering around, which is something that I usually want to do on my trips at mornings and evenings. However, Raffles Dubai offered, by far, the best hotel experience ever. It was almost a pity to leave the hotel every day for Dubai sightseeing.

The hotel is designed as a pyramid and with old Egypt thyme. We had the club room and the room is big an beautiful. Because of several sides, there is different views available. At first we received a view that we didn't like, but as we asked from the crew, as with everything they immediately gave us two other options. Over all the breakfast is great, and they will go beyond to satisfy you every desire.

It was truly a wonderful place for leisure, with its stunning interior that exudes beauty and elegance. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat. The entire staff delivered excellent service, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, the club stood out the most, not only for its exceptional offerings but also because of the wonderful staff Angel, Betty, and Sharif, who made everything extra special with their warm and sweet hospitality.

A well-organized hotel with outstanding service. The amenities were excellent, and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. Our room included complimentary access to the club, which offered afternoon tea and evening canapés. The team was incredibly helpful special thanks to Angel and Donna for their professionalism. Highly recommended!

The hotel is ideally located, with a metro station nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The mall in the area is an added bonus. The service was exceptional, and the entire team was accommodating, ensuring we felt welcome. A special mention to Angel and the whole team for their professionalism and care. Highly recommend!
