We had such a wonderful time staying here. Dian and Chelsea took amazing care of us, they remembered us and ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed/wanted. I got sick (before coming here) and reception arranged a Dr at my request and took care of my friend who was bored without me, it’s not a bad place to be stuck unwell for a couple of days. Transport and drivers were easily arranged at the front desk. Modern facilities were appreciated. Location is great, food and cocktails were amazing. Very clean, room service and onsite services were exceptional. Only slight criticisms if I had to find any is that our neighbours were noisy and I had to shhh them late at night as they were rude as hell, this is not a resort issue. The day spa is great but almost triple the price of elsewhere but also understandable as it’s at the resort. We would also have loved the Bintang buckets to include the yellow Bintangs too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the helpful and calm assistance of Miss Marthin. She went above and beyond to make our arrival easy, even offering us an early check-in, which was much appreciated since we arrived early in the morning. Her professionalism and kindness made a great first impression. The hotel itself is fantastic, with excellent facilities, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, thoughtful staff, and great accommodations!

Very clean, lovely facilities. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Had a young lass Chelsea serve us on our first night and she was amazing. Pool is delightful. Some things are a bit pricey for Bali but it is a resort. Food is fantastic, especially the breakfast. Spa massage was so good but more expensive than in town. Was disappointed that the Bintang buckets was only the standard Bintang and not the low alcohol lemon one. Another server that had exceptional service was Dian.

Ramada Encore is such a nice hotel. The staffs are very accommodating especially Dian. She always comes to us and ask if we need anything else and very helpful. This hotel is fantastic with their buffet breakfast. A lots of choices of food and cuisines. I can’t say anything bad to this hotel. I really loved it! I highly recommend and we’ll def come back again! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I recently stayed Ramada Encore hotel, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making me feel truly welcome. A special shoutout to Adit,Dian who was especially kind, professional, and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless, very tidy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The buffet breakfast and lunch were excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Dinner was equally delightful, with a great selection of dishes to choose from. The live music in the evening added to the wonderful ambiance, making dining a truly enjoyable experience. The swimming pool was fantastic, clean, and well-maintained perfect for a refreshing swim and relaxation. It was a great addition to an already perfect stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. With its outstanding service, cleanliness, delicious food, and great amenities, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I will definitely be coming back.
