I had an absolutely delightful stay at Ramada Suites By Wyndham KLCC! Every promise they made was fulfilled to perfection. The room was immaculate, well-maintained, and exuded comfort and style, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
The highlight, however, was the pool – it was stunning and impeccably clean, offering a serene spot to unwind with beautiful views. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly.
Overall, my experience exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in KLCC. Ramada Suites truly delivered on every front!

My stay at Ramada Suites by Wyndham Kuala Lumpur City Centre was overall okay, but there were a few hiccups that made the experience less smooth than expected.
Check-in Experience & Payment Challenges
The welcoming was average—not unfriendly, but nothing particularly warm or special. As a foreigner (Singaporean), I found the deposit policy quite inconvenient. The hotel only accepts deposits in local currency (RM), which posed a challenge since I didn’t have enough Malaysian Ringgit on hand. Additionally, they required a physical card for payment—PayWave via phone or smartwatch was not allowed, which was unexpected. Other currencies were also not accepted.
This meant that we had to pause our check-in, store our luggage, and go out to exchange money just to meet their deposit requirements. I believe it would be more guest-friendly if they accepted modern digital payment methods, as many travelers rely on PayWave and international credit/debit cards for convenience.
As a Wyndham Club member, I also expected a bit more recognition or efficiency in the process. It didn’t feel like there was any priority or distinction between club members and regular guests, which was disappointing. If there’s a loyalty program, I believe members should receive some level of preferential service.
Room & Facilities
Once we finally got checked in, the room itself was comfortable and well-maintained. The layout was spacious, and the amenities were decent. However, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning, which was initially a hassle but was eventually resolved after calling for assistance.
Overall Verdict
The hotel is decent, but the check-in process and rigid payment policies made it frustrating. For foreigners visiting Malaysia, I strongly advise bringing enough cash (Ringgit) and a physical credit card—do not rely solely on PayWave or foreign currencies for deposits and payments.
Would I stay again? Maybe, but I would prefer a hotel with more flexible and modern payment options.

A lovely hotel, but it is a real shame as we intended to do some light cooking as the hotel provides a hob, but they do not provide any pans/cooking utensils to enable you to cook with. We asked about theses and the Manager said that people normally bring their own, we are long term travelling and booked the room because of the cooking facilities - it did not occur that we would have to bring our own to cook with. Such a shame, as we thought the hotel was good.

Had a mixed experience, but honestly, it didn’t live up to what I expected for the price I paid. I felt it was pretty pricey and not value for money. There’s no concierge service, so you’re stuck hauling your own luggage around. On the bright side, it’s in a great spot close to restaurants and lively areas. Just a heads up, it might take 15-20 minutes for a Grab to pick you up as there is always traffic jam.
