Seen better days. Furnishings are showing significant wear and tear, and the roof has mold and paint chips. Soundproofing is wholly inadequate: this is a loud area, and the property has taken no steps to insulate against this noise which is expected at this price point. The balcony door was also installed backwards such that it locks from the outside, not in, which is both amusing and an indication of the attention to detail at this property.
No bathrobes, slippers, or hand towels. Didn’t get a bath mat until my second day.
Pool was nice enough though only a half dozen or so loungers, for a large hotel this was surprising. Plentiful seating at tables and chairs, but this will not be where most guests wish to sit poolside.
Rooms have small kitchenettes which is convenient.
Not a competitive option in KL considering the bountiful choice at the ~$100 price range.

Guest room : Shower lever missing to switch from overhead to telephone shower.
Surely room checks are compulsory after each guest leaves check to ensure everything works properly.
Upholstery stained on chairs in room... Looks grotty
I was quite satisfied with service of front desk staff.
Each engagement was clear and concise.
Assistance with replacement of room cards was prompt.
Absence of in-house restaurant is felt when it's raining heavily at suppertime.

Great location, 20 minutes walk to Petronas towers, 7 minutes to street food street. Easy to get a Grab everywhere. Spacious rooms, pool bigger than expected. Decent breakfast catered to all tastes. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of bars around, so you can hear some noise at night. But this didn't bother us. Gym was being refurbished which was disappointing.

!Warning ROACHES!
We are currently here in this hotel and to describe it in one word: filthy.
Roaches at night, furniture is old, everything has stains on it. Bedding has stains, holes, and human hair in it. Mold in the shower, in the kitchen bascially everywhere. There is a washing machine but litelarly there is no pace on the balcony where I would safely put my clothes, there are some rusted metal things where I could probably but no thank you. Hair dryer not working of course, bad smells coming from the bathroom, and all over the apartmant.
7 nights in this horrible place fighting with roaches not so fun. I can’t understand how can the reviews be this decieving. Making our vacation horrible thank you!
UPDATE to reply:
I hope that the roaches are aware of this situation too, so they only enter into booking apartments instead of hotel ones.
To take it a bit more seriously, the roaches are present in the whole building. The common areas next to the pool, and the lifts etc are really old, used, in really bad condition except for the lobby. This could be a nice hotel with great location but it’s not since you don’t really care about these things. As I said everything is filthy except for the lobby. If these are the standards for you for a 4 star hotel, then you are out of your mind.

Although my 2 bed room was in good condition, basic amenities were missed, such as face towels, hand towels, etc.. No idea why drinks not allowed near pool area. No signs or notice stating this either. Accommodation is not really worth the money charged. No inhouse restaurant or bar area either. The surrounding pubs and bars were noisy and made it hard to sleep. Decor and furnishings need upgrading.
