The resort provided excellent service and was in a great location with a variety of restaurant choices. Everything was exceptional, including the very clean rooms! However, the room had a slight smell which might have been due to the carpet. Additionally, at night, the refrigerator made a knocking noise, so if you encounter this issue, it's best to unplug the refrigerator to avoid disturbance. There were plenty of great restaurant options within the hotel for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I have stayed at the Rosen for both personal trips and for business meetings. The word that comes to mind is consistency. Consistently clean, friendly staff, a value for the quality that you receive. It reminds me of a Disney like experience but not a Disney like price. Honestly for the money I would prefer to stay here then on Disney property. The food that is available is very good and there are a lot of choices. When having a meeting there they are extremely accommodating and professional. I have personally dealt with Lisa when scheduling a meeting and would highly recommend her. If I can give them six stars I would.

The hotel is lovely, but the service is what really drove this review. I'm attending a conference and my team forgot to book my room. Robby in the Reservations came through like a true superhero - worked his magic and found me a place to sleep. Anyone else might have just said, "No, we can't help you." Robby went above and beyond, and was so kind and patient. Thank you!

A wonderful resort in Orlando, Florida. Located little outskirt. You off counees a car/cab to reach there. It is a huge hotel with excellent rooms. The beautiful palm trees around the hotel are just beautiful, especially during a sunset. Several shopping and food options are available within the resort. ATM, business support rooms are available. The relaxing pools are really enjoyable. Though, water temperature in the pools is not regulated. So in the middle of the day, water will be hot 🔥. The views from top floors are beautiful. The surroundings are scenic with a nice golf ⛳️ course . The resort is surrounded by nice natural trails. You may see some wildlife such as alligators and rabbits sometimes.

Its location near Universal and Sea World makes it the perfect place to stay for anyone looking to explore the theme parks in the area. I have been staying at the Rosen Shingle Creek for over 15 years, and I can confidently say that it has never disappointed me. The consistency and elegance of the hotel are unmatched, and I always feel like a VIP when I am there. The pool, golf course, and breathtaking views only add to the overall experience and make it a place that cannot be imitated. Overall, the Rosen Shingle Creek is a gem of a hotel in Orlando, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.
