Went for their Christmas buffet. Well organized the food was beautifully set up it was hard to leave, but I was full. The coffee was delicious the desserts were fantastic. It did not feel like a commercial operation but more of a home felt delivery. The staff or accident.

Excellent hotel in Orlando from start to finish. Spacious rooms with nice city view. Staff are professional and friendly. The location is excellent. A short walk to most attractions on the Main Street (international drive) and a shuttle to the theme parks. The on site shop, cafe and restaurants are very nice and convenient. Finally, the pool is lovely and offers a break from busy Orlando it is heated at night and has a poolside bar and restaurant. Will defiently be back when staying in Orlando next. I also forgot an item and Mr. Frank Garcia was extremely helpful locating it. He went above and beyond !

Love Rosen hotels and Rosen Plaza is no different! Staff is fabulous. Highly recommend for a group and for just a great family or meeting place. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Pool bar has great happy hour food and drinks. Professional but relaxed staff. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff members who assist you with any questions you may have for them at any time of the day or night. The rooms are clean and very nice looking. TV is good and has about +20 channels of all sorts of movies, TV shows, and cartoons available for everyone. The pool is very simple yet very nice to swim in. The food from the little convenience store inside the hotel is very cost-efficient for snacks or food late at night. Would highly recommend this hotel to others unless attending the event we attended. Staff is not friendly towards specific aspects of conventions happening nearby but friendly if you break a rule or policy the first time.

We stayed here on a package: resort room + holiday buffet. It was a good price so we gave it a try. We were apprehensive at 1st because of it's economical price and we usually stay in deluxe resorts, but we enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again. This resort is conveniently compact with amenities close together. It is easy for family members to enjoy the pool, gym, bar, cafe, get ice cream, or shop at the convenience store all close together. I could relax by the pool while my kid explored because it was all nearby that I could keep an eye on him. While at the pool, we discovered they were having a comic/anime expo in the convention area. So we put on our pool cover-ups and walked around. I love that it was only a few minutes' walk from the pool patio to the convention area. Immediately after our holiday brunch, in the convention area, we adults relaxed at a shady table while my son jumped in the pool. The rooms are clean and updated. The holiday brunch is absolutely amazing! Many items labeled gluten free. Walking distance to many restaurants and the convention center is across the street.
