Lobby, pool area, and restaurants all lovely. Great food too honestly. Kind and accommodating staff, but sometimes room attendant forgot little things like new hand soap, etc. they have a nice snack and gift shop too. Cute postcards. The rooms are very dated and worn. And the nightclub across the street is so loud you can FEEL it all night long. No idea how people aren't deaf. In general walls are paper thin. You can hear all details from every conversation next door. Decent location for visiting parks. Looks convenient on a map for the convention center, but If your conference is in the other side of the convention center from the bridge be prepared for a 30 minute walk. Not kidding. It's much bigger than you realize and you have to go up and down stairs.

I attended a small business expo there and it was great. Crowded but inviting and welcoming. It was a very good experience overall. Someone kept passing gas in one of the seminars. The food at the restaurant was basic and limited, especially for a plant based diet, but high quality nonetheless. I met some amazing people and look forward to attending this event again in the near future

We have just returned from a family holiday over the February half term. I researched lots of hotels on International Drive, and it can be very difficult to choose the best option as the reviews can be so mixed. I have to say we can not fault our stay, the hotel itself, and our room was kept clean and tidy. The pool facilities were lovely. They have towels you can use by the poolside. There was an ice machine and vending machine at the end of our corridor. The lifts were very efficient never had to wait long. The location was great. We could walk outside straight onto International Drive, where there were plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The only negatives that didn't really affect us as we had booked through Virgin holidays were the parking charges, which you have to pay daily if you want to use the car park. Fortunately, we had no fees to pay as it was included in our package. Also, the air conditioning in the room can be a bit noisy. (Maybe pack some earplugs) We had a lovely stay and felt completely safe and comfortable in the hotel.

Enjoyed over a week at this hotel. It's very clean and has a really good choice of places to eat without even having to leave the property. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent. The check-in wasn't great as we later found we'd been given incorrect information, but other staff resolved this quickly the next day. The parking situation is strange and I'm hoping we don't receive any fines from the car hire company.

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED from check in to walking in to my room, and exploring the property. Granted, I'm here in Orlando to work for 12 days, but this is an impressive hotel for not being a Hyatt, Hilton, or Marriott. I was skeptical coming in, not any more. Many options for food at all times, room is crisp and clean, friendly and helpful staff, everything is clean. Keep up the great work to all involved. Definitely recommend to anyone in town!!
