Very friendly staff members who assist you with any questions you may have for them at any time of the day or night. The rooms are clean and very nice looking. TV is good and has about +20 channels of all sorts of movies, TV shows, and cartoons available for everyone. The pool is very simple yet very nice to swim in. The food from the little convenience store inside the hotel is very cost-efficient for snacks or food late at night. Would highly recommend this hotel to others unless attending the event we attended. Staff is not friendly towards specific aspects of conventions happening nearby but friendly if you break a rule or policy the first time.

Nice hotel. A lot of nice amenities and very comfortable beds. Staff was very kind. I was a bit disappointed to learn there was no microwave in my room and the complimentary coffee was just limited to two for a 4 night stay. Very convenient location with sky bridge to convention center and a short drive to Universal Studios.

We stayed here for a family reunion. Everything was great. The beds was comfortable, the staff was friendly, everything was cleaned. We stayed on the second floor. We heard no loud noises from the salon area. Bellhop was eager to help us as we are handicap. The food was good and everything was so convenient. We didn’t have to leave the hotel if we chose not to. I left(forgot) my purse in the restaurant overnight and my husband went to the luggage claim to get it the next morning. I had over $300 cash in my wallet. Everything was still in my wallet. I was really surprised. Nothing was missing. Honest/friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel and we plan to come back soon as a vacation spot!!!!

This property is top notch. We had to evacuate for a hurricane along with many others. Not only did they give a special rate and waived the pet fee, they were beyond accommodating. Everything was kept immaculate all the time. The staff was great. Even had an area for kids to play. The room was clean and well stocked. Restaurants stores and cafes were reasonably priced and open during the hurricane. I can't say enough pisitve things. This was our first time here and will mot be our last. All hotels should follow their standards. Thank you Rosen Plaza!

My dog and I evacuated to Rosen Plaza Hotel for Hurricane Milton. They gave us a special rate and waived pet fees which was so helpful and I was relieved to find a place to stay that welcomed my pup and I! Everything was clean and their service was amazing! It was clear they were sensitive to the stress that so many of us in the hotel were experiencing and they were very accommodating. They even created a doggy relief area indoors for the worst of the storm which I feel was well beyond my expectations. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, I would highly recommend to anyone! When I was leaving the hotel, they had started preparing for the Orlando linemen which I feel further demonstrated their commitment to helping their community. Thank you Rosen Plaza!
