One of the best hotels in the area. Welcoming team is on point. Bartenders are so nice and friendly. Noelia is so nice and she did such a great job. I was late but she managed to give me everything I requested. The housekeeping staff is top notch: answered my request on record time. Definitely will come back.

Let’s start with positives. Rooms are clean and the hotel looks amazing from the outside. It has so much potential however, service is not superior and hotel seems very disorganized. Arrived and TV did not work, call down and they did not have anybody from Engineering but sent up a runner. All the guy did was turn on the remote. Turn it off and said unfortunately I can’t fix it. It’ll be fixed tomorrow morning. Came back the following night still wasn’t fixed. Had to call three times till they finally sent up Engineering. It was a wire behind tv. Room was cleaned but they did not replace water. Called down to check out they said I had to come to desk, I haven’t walked to a desk to check out in years. In addition, I was not asked how my day was wasn’t thanked for staying and waited for five minutes for the building printed out till they finally told me they couldn’t print it. Finally, I booked on their website and they charge something called an international exchange tax. I live in Florida, booked a hotel in Florida. I’m not even sure this is legal. When I brought it up to the front desk, they didn’t say they have a manager called me or look into it. All they said was this is the first they’re hearing about it. Since I wasn’t asked when I checked out how was everything or thank you for staying with us it triggered me to post this review. They should consider hiring some people who have gone to hospitality school. It’s obvious there’s a management disconnect.

During our recent stay at Melia Orlando we received exceptional service from staff member Jennifer. Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, taking the time to address all of our needs with a smile. Her warmth and attentiveness made our experience memorable, as she consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Jennifer was always eager to help, from making sure our breakfast and stay was good, to any other information we needed. Her attention to detail enhanced our stay, as we were celebrating our anniversary and Jennifer surprised us with a special touch during our stay, we also felt like if we were at home. Thanks to Jennifer, we have wonderful memories and a strong desire to return, thank you Jennifer for everything, you have been amazing!! Thanks to your efforts, the memories we made here will be unforgettable for me and my family. You deserve to be recognized. Also, would like to thank Luis the manager for his special attention to us, we were celebrating our anniversary and he made sure to give a special touch in our room with a surprise, it was lovely and made our stay even more special!! The hotel is very clean, rooms are lovely and big, with anything you need, and staff have been wonderful!! Only thing I would recommend is for the restaurant breakfast to have more variety, as for long stays like us, it does get very repetitive as the menu is basic and not too many options. However, would like to mention the on the other hand, breakfast staff are lovely and help with anything you need.

GREAT HOTEL We have received spectacular treatment from all the employees. We wanted to make a special mention to Jennifer for her warmth and personalized attention. Luis the guest experience manager was also involved at all times to make us live an incredible experience and made us feel at home. Finally Sofia in the restaurant was very friendly and professional. We are very grateful to the whole team for the close treatment they gave us. 100% recommended.

Great spot to stay in Orlando! Close to Disney parks. Large, comfortable room. Excellent restaurant. Pool area is really nice, can relax, enjoy pool activities; enjoy the poolside service and friendly staff (shout out to David for the grapes). This is our second time staying here while visiting Disney and enjoying a few days relaxing at the hotel.
