The entire staff has set the industries highest standards! There was a conference held downstairs however we never felt impeded upon due to the organization of the events coordinator. The breakfast and food every morning is a high quality and has a diverse selection to accommodate all guests taste buds. Parking was readily available even with Disney’s tour, buses, transporting guests. We always had plenty of diamond elite member parking available. The only I guess negative feedback I could give was our air conditioned room water pipes would bang and make minimum noise from time to time. However, our room was extremely cleaned every day with fresh towels, and water replenished so that we never had to asked guest service for it anything.

The hotel is really nice. I liked the pool and the hot tub, and the front desk staff were fantastic. I was caught off guard by just how much the resort fee ended up being, since I normally stay on site and wanted to stay off site to save some money. After including the resort fee, the Holiday Inn was no cheaper than staying on site, so I don’t think I will be staying here again for that reason alone. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful though, which is why my review is staying at 4/5.

Stayed here for a quick overnight stay up at Disney. Beds were extremely comfortable and Disney springs is a stones throw away. The room itself was nice. However, the rooms have zero sound proofing. Perhaps because we had 1/2 of a connecting room but we could hear every single thing next door. We’ve stayed in well over 100 hotels, airbnbs etc and this is the first time we ever had to call the front desk due to noise. Of course it’s Disney so I understand some noise is unavoidable but this was crazy. Hotel seemed understaffed for how busy they were. Coffee in the lobby until 11am but when we came down at 9am there wasn’t a drop left out of the many containers they had and no one in sight to refill it. Housekeeping also came to our room at 9am when we were checking out that day at 11am.

Unfortunately this is not a good review. My daughter recently was accepted to a Disney college internship program and we live in NC. We came down for a quick visit and booked our room over the phone in advance. We also requested early check in and let them know we would actually be checking out around midnight so we only needed the room for approximately 12 hours. We were told there would be no issues with this. Once we arrived at the hotel they did not have anything ready. We were NOT able to check in in advance at all. My father slept in the waiting area while they rented rooms out to people that walked in and they were shown to their rooms immediately. I will never again use this hotel! They were not even apologetic for this. Just a sad experience I am absolutely sure it was your hotel. The reservation is under my father’s name as he was the one who stayed there as I previously stated in my review. I had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Lake Buena Vista! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near all the attractions. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Luis at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find such dedicated staff these days. I highly recommend this hotel, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, Luis, for making our vacation even more special!
