We only stayed for one night (11/24-11/25), but it was amazingly clean, I was so impressed. We partook at the Oasis Bar and the bartender was wonderful, warm, and knowledgeable. We also went to the buffet breakfast where the service ladies who came around to our table with drinks were super sweet and helpful.
10 stars to the two gentlemen out front who help with valet services. Both fairly tall gentlemen, were hilarious and helpful.

Absolutely hated my time here. Only stayed here due to having to emergency rebook my trip and it was the only hotel I could get in to.
Lobby smells so strong and awful, I almost turned and walked right out. Terrible overpowering chemical smell. I'm guessing its to cover up the smell of mildew.
Shuttles to the parks are a joke. You can't get on them unless you reserve them online ahead of time, and they fill up sometimes days in advance. Out of 6 days, we were only able to get spots on the shuttle twice and had to use Uber the rest of the time.
This is the LOUDEST hotel I have ever stayed at. Walls are paper thin, I could hear every single thing happening in the adjacent rooms. Every single time anyone with a roller bag went by, the sound was amplified in our room, even if they were passing on a different floor. AC unit was incredibly old and loud and every time it came on, it started with a horrible mechanical jerking sound. Tub leaked. I was woken up multiple times every night.
Internet was useless and would never connect, hotel staff were not helpful.
Hotel staff did not answer the phone from the room. I tried calling multiple times throughout the evening and never ended up getting a response.
A gap in the doorway caused light to be able to get in, as well as would rock the door back and forth when the wind blew. Constantly sounded like someone was trying to break into our room.
Cable went out for an entire day and staff was not helpful.
"Free gift" was a timeshare presentation.
This is NOT a Disney hotel, bear that in mind if you're looking for a magical experience. The only thing Disney about this hotel was a cardboard cutout of Mickey and Friends in the lobby.
The only good thing about this hotel was a 4-minute walk to Disney Springs. Otherwise, this hotel is trash.

We enjoyed our stay and loved how close we were to Disney springs 4 minutes walk. The only thing I did not enjoy was the over powering smell in the lobby I think It’s what they use for the carpeting. It’s not a bad smell it’s just way too much and it gave me a headache. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

Overall I’d recommend staying here. However, there are some things to know. The room has no microwave and no fan in the bathroom. The water pressure is awful and the WiFi is useless. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff seems to be generally good. I booked a lake view room and although my room does face the direction of the lake, it’s on the ground floor so my only view is of the pool deck. It’s a pretty basic hotel so you are quite literally paying for the location. The location is fantastic so it makes up for the negative aspects. The “resort fee” is a little ridiculous, but that’s seems to be to norm these days. If you’re a light sleeper the type of construction of the building might be a concern. Every time someone rolls luggage or cleaning carts along the walkway on the floor above it echoes into the room. It didn’t bother me, but it was noticeable. The restaurant is decent but there is no included breakfast. The pool is fairly nice but the pool bar charges an automatic gratuity which is slightly off-putting. My experience has been generally positive so that’s why I’ve rated it as high as I have.

Love the hotel but paying over $30 to park after paying $225 for a room is a kind of highway robbery. Nowhere did we see pay to park when booking the room but I assume it’s probably in the fine print somewhere. On another note absolutely love the atmosphere. Love the outdoor restaurant near the pool. The hotel is beautiful. Will stay again.
