Overall I’d recommend staying here. However, there are some things to know. The room has no microwave and no fan in the bathroom. The water pressure is awful and the WiFi is useless. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff seems to be generally good. I booked a lake view room and although my room does face the direction of the lake, it’s on the ground floor so my only view is of the pool deck. It’s a pretty basic hotel so you are quite literally paying for the location. The location is fantastic so it makes up for the negative aspects. The “resort fee” is a little ridiculous, but that’s seems to be to norm these days. If you’re a light sleeper the type of construction of the building might be a concern. Every time someone rolls luggage or cleaning carts along the walkway on the floor above it echoes into the room. It didn’t bother me, but it was noticeable. The restaurant is decent but there is no included breakfast. The pool is fairly nice but the pool bar charges an automatic gratuity which is slightly off-putting. My experience has been generally positive so that’s why I’ve rated it as high as I have.

Awesome and fantastic! Loved the huge super warm pools, hot tub and beautiful lobby with lots of couches and cozy nooks…and the best part is it’s just a short walk to Disney Springs, where we walked from a quiet hotel room to a Wonderland filled with lights, music and happiness!! Highly recommend this great hotel

Location is great and the service was fine, the bed was horrible. We had a disability access room and it was not wheelchair friendly. It was on the first floor and had handrails in the bathtub but that's where the accessibility ends. You cannot fit a wheelchair into the bathroom at all and it is a full tub shower combo. So Wheelchair users beware.

Fine in a pinch. We booked this last minute while visiting with some family in Disney Springs. Its about a 5 minute walk from the lobby to Disney which was great. But like many have said in these reviews, do your best to avoid the timeshare presentation. We took the welcome package and said we were exhausted and would come back after checking into the room, and they were friendly about it. It did make things awkward going through the lobby as they always hunted us down, but hey, they're just doing their job I guess. The rooms interior was updated well, but the shower didn't get hot and our room was facing the exterior of the hotel so it was very loud at night. Overall, I dont regret this one for the price, but I probably wouldnt stay here for more than a few nights.

Our stay was amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early for our arrival. We were walking distance to Disney Springs, the pool was so fun, transportation was accommodating to the parks each day. I was able to text a few needs during my stay and they took care of them QUICKLY, and courteously. We will stay there again for future disney or
