The room was clean and front desk was respectful. I booked through 3rd party discounted (AAA). I was told I was going get $40 back after I check out as long I don't smoke. I would assumed its the final price after discounted cost using them when I booked it. They still charge me $29 resort fee after tax separately thats not from 3rd party. That was unheard of, I will never accepted the additional fees if I knew. They need to clarify and be up from about it. That is unacceptable. What the point of the discount through 3rd party?

If I can add a review less than a one star I would. We showed up at night with a toddler without the AC working. It was too late and no one could do anything so for the second night we asked them to fix it. We got to the hotel around 7:00 with a 1 year old and they told us there are no other rooms available. For 2 hours this guy tried to fix our AC and still didn’t. At 9:30 I finally went back down to the front desk and told them how ridiculous this was. We have a toddler who was 2 hours past her bedtime and no one was helping us. They told us to pack our things and then said never mind we can’t move you. Finally, they moved us so even though they claimed there were no open rooms, there really was one. On top of all of this bullshit, I was forced into paying an upgraded room cost because they didn’t have the current room I booked available and they haven’t answered the phone when we called both days and we have to run down to the lobby every time we need anything. We’ve gotten no compensation for this problem and running around with a toddler and trying to pack up and move (while also pregnant) is insane and nearly impossible.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Every day, they made sure my room was spotlessly cleaned, which was a great touch. The pool was both clean and refreshing—perfect for relaxing! There's a convenient gift shop right on site, which was handy for grabbing last-minute items.One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful bag of goodies they gave my nephews—it really made their day. The drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was always peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to unwind.What really stood out was the hospitality. The owner, along with Daniel, took the time to personally welcome my boyfriend and me, which made us feel right at home. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel the next time I’m in Orlando! Highly recommend!

I stayed here for New Year's Eve, just one night. Check in was quick and painless, and the room seemed fine untill I got on the bed. Upon moving the comforter, I saw hair, I removed the comforter completely and also noticed pubic hair in the middle of the bed which made me realize that the sheets haven't been changed. For housekeeping: I understand that you had to work on New Year's Eve and probably New Year's Day, but imagine you go to a hotel with your own family and the place is disgusting to the point you don't even want to rest in the bed. Needless to say, I won't be staying at this hotel again and will inform my family and friends about this experience.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It had everything we needed and then some. The lazy river was so relaxing and the perfect temp, as well as the regular pool and the hot tub. Life guards were pretty much useless but we didn’t need them anyways. The rooms were so awesome. I love that there are ceiling fans. My only complaint is the bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly and always had a sewage smell. Staff weren’t the greatest. Not extremely friendly and when I called for blankets she said they’d bring them and never came. We never did breakfast because it’s pricey and we enjoyed Waffle House and Perkins way more. Bar/restaurant is such a cute touch. It would be even better if they had it poolside so people could swim up to it. Pretty expensive (especially cocktails) but still a great addition to the hotel. All in all, we will be staying here again. It was a fun overall experience.
