The lazy river hours are lousy 11am-8pm so you don't have much time to enjoy it and you can't really relax before you check out. They don't have enough tubes for it anyway. The pool is nice and seems to be a salt system. The fitness center is 24 hours. Someone was smoking pot on our floor and stunk the entire floor up, I told the front desk who informed security but their security officer is completely useless. The rooms were fine. The location was also fine. Not very close to the theme parks though. I would not stay here again.

I've stayed here three times. Next month will be my 4th time. The staff and the maintenance person was wonderful. Our room refrigerator wasn't cooling, so the maintenance person immediately brought us another one. I left my long corded charger and block plugged in the wall by the bed and left my long sweater in the armoire ( I hope they are held for me when I return in September). Love the last river and the pool areas. The tall young man ( a lifeguard from Brazil). Blew up my float with a pump. I was very thankful. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. Thanks for a great stay. See you on September 17th!!

Rented a room for 5 days/nights the room was fantastic. Plenty of space and above all else clean! Loved the mini fridge and microwave in the room, and the bathroom was quite spacious. Plenty of outlets for charging gadgets and devices. Strongly recommend if you have Disney plans as the parks are minutes away, 20 to 30 depending on traffic.

Iraida was fantastic. She helped me from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. She made sure we had everything we needed when she saw us. Her customer service is exceptional. The rooms were clean beds comfy. House keepers come and give you clean linen and towels/rags daily. I enjoyed the stay.

This is an okay hotel! You get what you pay for simply put! I've been to this location twice. The first visit was good and that made us want to come back another time, this time for a celebration. I was very disappointed in the service we received this time around. I called twice, after noone returned my call, I even got transferred to leave the hotel manger a message in regards celebrating my child's birthday and still haven't heard back from anyone. The front desk receptionist informed me that they were extra busy. The lazy river pool which is my kids favorite was closed because they didn't have enough life guards on duty, so that was a bummer. The actual pool area was open but was completely overcrowded and there were kids below the age limit in the hot tub and all the towels were taken. It wasn't the best experience at all. I understand things can happen but the hotel should be better able to handle these situations in the future. Just an honest review.
