I don’t know where to begin; the rooms are fantastic and very spacious. However, the service left much to be desired. While we were at the pool, the lifeguard was more focused on his phone than on the guests. My son slipped while trying to get on his tube for the lazy river and hit his head, but the lifeguard didn’t even react. Thankfully, my son was okay, and I reminded him to be careful.
We also dined at the Oasis during our stay, and the experience was disappointing. The server took our order and brought our drinks, but then she disappeared and never returned for refills or to check on us. When she finally brought our food, it was in to-go containers, and a lot of it was cold. We waited 50 minutes for our appetizers, which arrived at the same time as our already boxed food. I have no idea where she went during that time.
The only person who came to greet us was a timeshare representative trying to get us to join a presentation after our meal. It was a strange experience for our first visit to Florida, and I'm not sure if this is typical. Additionally, the hotel only had one elevator functioning.Safety is not priority.
On a positive note, the room service on the hotel side was excellent.

Great place to stay! The hotel is very clean and the room we were in was really spacious. We had a minor issue with the shower draining slowly. I told the front desk the first morning we were there and unfortunately they didn't fix it while we were out that day. I brought it up to the front desk the next day and that time it was fixed right away.
There was plenty of parking, even coming back late at night. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or lazy river, but we had a view of it from our room and it looked nice and clean.
Definitely not a luxury hotel, but we got a good price and didn't feel like we were slumming it.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel despite where it is located. Room was very nice and refreshing. Only cons I will say are the weird stairs/elevator to get in and out of the hotel if you aren’t directly by their two under covers unloading areas by the main elevators with the luggage carts. Also the fan being on when the light is on in the shower got a little annoying over the few days I was there.
Lastly their concierge for information around Orlando was a bit shady. I’ve lived here for 6 years and I’ve never had someone ask me for credit card info to go do a 90 min tour of a different hotel or call an associate about accepting “single females”. That was just the biggest red flag 🚩 to me.
Other than that I really liked the place and house breakfast was included via Expedia. The staff was wonderful and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel or recommend it to others.

I booked this hotel for my vacation and starting with my check in. It was 10 people in the line with one clerk to check everyone in due to one of the workers being a hour late to work she stated herself. The spa it was filthy and foaming up dirty and debris. I then went and got pool towels to later then found out they were sour and had everyone with a sour odor on them. The following morning the toilet in my room would not flush and was clogged so I called down to the front office and complained about my experience the Assistant Manager proceed cut me off and then disrespect me. Which i found out was the same lady from the prior day. Because I was complaining about my experience she threatened me with a no trespassing and to call the cops on me. Then proceed to call the police on me.. then gave me and my children, 20 minutes to leave the premises. Which was very unprofessional of her considering i didn't do anything wrong but to ask someone to fix my toilet. The house keeper Hannah on the other hand was very respectful and more problem solving than the asst. Manager herself.

I just stayed here for a week. The hotel was amazing very nice very well cap the people that worked there were great. They have a nice gift shop that has everything you can think of the laundry room works. Amazing the pool, hot tub and lazy river was very nice. Very clean property Will definitely be staying there again. Recommend this hotel 100%.
