I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Every day, they made sure my room was spotlessly cleaned, which was a great touch. The pool was both clean and refreshing—perfect for relaxing! There's a convenient gift shop right on site, which was handy for grabbing last-minute items.One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful bag of goodies they gave my nephews—it really made their day. The drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was always peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to unwind.What really stood out was the hospitality. The owner, along with Daniel, took the time to personally welcome my boyfriend and me, which made us feel right at home. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel the next time I’m in Orlando! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this hotel. It had everything we needed and then some. The lazy river was so relaxing and the perfect temp, as well as the regular pool and the hot tub. Life guards were pretty much useless but we didn’t need them anyways. The rooms were so awesome. I love that there are ceiling fans. My only complaint is the bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly and always had a sewage smell. Staff weren’t the greatest. Not extremely friendly and when I called for blankets she said they’d bring them and never came. We never did breakfast because it’s pricey and we enjoyed Waffle House and Perkins way more. Bar/restaurant is such a cute touch. It would be even better if they had it poolside so people could swim up to it. Pretty expensive (especially cocktails) but still a great addition to the hotel. All in all, we will be staying here again. It was a fun overall experience.

I want to start sayings that I am here as part of a large group (AYC cheerleaders). The room I'm in is extremely humid to the point it feels wet. I called the front desk to explain the situation and the answer was, set the AC to 60° and turn the fan on. The housekeeping came and cleaned the room but it didn't solve the problem. I called the desk and told them the problem was not fixed and they asked me. What do I want them to do? I was working with the manager "Ramon" he was very polite, but did not solve my problem. I stayed for one week having to choose between extremely strong mold smell or extremely cold to help get rid of the smell (I guess the ac get rid of the humidity) Very disappointed with this hotel!

I am currently staying here, and had a bumpy start prior to fully checking in, check in lady not friendly last night, but we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. I wasn't expecting much for the price I paid. This hotel is a budget friendly hidden gem! Clean and modern rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows! AC works perfectly! This was our first stay, but not our last... Thanks for the great experience!

Last time I stayed here I had a wonderful time and was so satisfied that I booked again. My second time coming i was very dissatisfied. I feel like I had a lot of problems. The first night I stayed the air conditioning was on when the heat should have been. I couldn’t work the thermostat so staff told me to request maintenance to show me how to work it. The second day the maintenance came to my room and was very helpful and fixed it. The first day I came, I asked if certain items were in the rooms and I was told they were. When they weren’t I had to wait in line to get these items. The waiting was extensive and often there was no one at the front desk to help. I had a pizza delivered to the lobby and that was a huge Mostar because I had to wait for my pizza at the front desk in a line of four other guests. The second day I left for the day and when I came back housekeeping which I did not want or need, I had a bucked filled with water with medicine in it and this had been thrown away and the house keeping stole my cups, to not replace any new ones. I also left pizza boxes outside of the door as the garbages were too small in the hallway to fit and the housekeeping staff was too stupid to realize that this was garbage and needed to be picked up. When I tried to speak with them I didn’t get a response so I’m unsure if they spoke English or not or just wanted to ignore me when I was trying to throw the pizza boxes away. Iriada helped me on her shift and was very nice, helpful, and professional. She did everything in her power to help me. I felt like it was one thing after another. I wouldn’t suggest coming here until they get new staff. The hot tub and lazy river were really nice and the lifeguards were welcoming.
