We arrived very weary after 24 hours of travel at 5am. The staff were so accommodating, helping us get into our rooms quickly and even loading us and our stuff on the golf cart to take us to our building. The rooms were lovely, very clean. The grounds are beautiful and very comfortable. Only wish the office/restaurant was in the middle of the buildings instead at the opposite end from our room! Loved the pools, hot tubs, pond. Heads up this is a timeshare community, so depending on how you book you may have to sit through a presentation. Probably worth it though.

The property itself and all of the staff that actually works on property were 5-star. The room was spacious, clean, well-decorated and had basic necessities (paper towels, washing powder, dish soap etc.) The staff there was excellent. Even after the on-site market store was already closed one evening, the young man at the front desk was kind enough to get the keys, let me in, and helped me charge a few needed items to my room. The pools and hot tubs were great! The resort is also literally .7 miles from SeaWorld so you can walk there if you really want to and save $35 on daily parking at the animal/theme park. I gave this property a 3-star review ONLY because of the HIGH PRESSURE presentation that we had to attend as apart of our vacation package. Yes, I knew that was part of the deal when I bought the vacation package. However, the location for it was off-site, about a 10-15 minute drive away. The sales reps were relentless and did NOT want to take NO for an answer. From start to finish we were there 3.5 - 4 hours, certainly not the 1.5 to 2.5 hours as promised, so it took up a large portion of one of our vacation days. I can eventually see the value in owning a time-share but the timing wasn’t right. After listening politely and fully participating, as requested, the ultimate NO given (several times) wasn’t well received. Who wants to argue and/or sit through layer after layer of an AGGRESSIVE sales pitch from multiple reps while on vacation??!! No one. Ultimately purchased a trial points package, that will be used and we saw the short-term value in, however, that was only after 2, different, (but equally as horrible) sales reps upset me, and then they finally sent in a 3rd, who was gentler and much more professional, who actually listened and wasn’t pushy. So beware, if you don’t want to spend several hours under those type of abrasive sales tactics, don’t buy a vacation package from HGV unless you are READY to buy a timeshare immediately. They don’t accept NO well at all and will hold you hostage trying to hard close you much longer than stated. Now if you just want to stay at the property, I’d highly recommend that, but book direct through Hilton or a third party app, not HGV. It is a very nice place to stay!

All in all it wasn't the best experience we've had at this hotel. We stayed here a few years ago and they were quite accommodating at that time. The front desk staff was pleasant enough. The room was pretty clean. I don't care for a screened balcony. And we did not get bothered by time share people. I would have rated 3 stars but the front desk girl accommodated us by allowing for a noon check out which was nice. Water quality is not the best to much chlorine. Hot shower was great.

Conveniently located near SeaWorld and Discovery Cove this resort offers several unique room options that easily accommodate larger groups. Our stay in a two bedroom suite was short but we are glad we explored this location. Room: 2 bedroom suite offers a master suite with connected bathroom and laundry area, second bedroom has 2 full size beds, desk area, and connect bath. Living room and kitchen area have dining table and are stocked with the essentials. Amenities of this location include 2 pools, hot tub, splash pad area, “kids club” and what appeared to be 2 dining choices. We did not eat on site but the areas seemed busy and like a crowd pleaser. There was also a nice shaded playground area. For the price and convenience of this location we will stay here again when we have plans in this area.

The resort itself is very beautiful with lovely design, and parking is convenient right outside the buildings. It is in a great area, and close to many attractions and stores. The pool areas and main buildings are very nice and clean and maintained. The suite looks to have been recently renovated in some areas. The bedding and surfaces seemed clean but the floors and carpets need much more extra attention as your feet would be black after walking on them. Also one of the bath tubs in our suite had a huge crack in it. I expected more from my two concerns for a Hilton Grand Vacations Resort as I have stayed before in others in Florida, Las Vegas, and Hawaii and never had the same issues.
