The stay at this hotel left a pleasant impression! The staff is extremely polite and always ready to help, making the stay even more comfortable. The atmosphere is interesting and enjoyable for relaxation. The only downside is that the food was monotonous throughout the week—I would have liked more variety. Overall, everything was wonderful, and this hotel deserves a great rating!

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. In the main restaurant the staff were very helpful on finding us a table when we couldn't and were very efficient. The housekeeping was great with making the rooms cleans and leaving towel animals each day which just made up for it. The pools were great where some were heated which was great on a windy day. The entertainment down at the main pool was fabulous with lots to do during the day run by the animation team. The bar pool staff was great as well on making sure our drinks were topped up and were very accommodating. The evening entertainment was great as well, with something different happening every evening including fireshows, magic shows etc.

Nice hotel with many facilities. Clean everywhere. Lovely freshly prepared food. Skilled cooks and waiters who are in a good mood, despite the busyness. Sweet waiters with room for big smiles. Lovely beach with shelter from the wind. Minus is too loud music - feel free to play the same music everywhere. and turn down the speakers by the pool. We can easily hear!!! And please play more relaxing music. We are on holiday and need to find out the noise ourselves.

This is not a 5 star resort. Rooms are old fashioned and urgently need updating. Nevertheless, the beds are big and comfortable! The entire resort feels a bit run down. The gym has only a bunch of rusty and squeaky machines in a dirty environment. The breakfast buffet is poor, mostly processed and deep fried foods. If you want to eat healthy you will have a hard time. The eating area is in one large area so it will not be a relaxing meal as many people are rushing by the tables to get the food. For lunch there are plenty of options but the quality is not high and food is the same everyday. Too much bread and deep fried foods. No healthy options to choose from and not enough variety of fresh fruits. Dinner is pretty much the same just more fish and meat options. Another downer is that there are NO fresh fruit juices, smoothies, soja milk or lactose free milk available on site. There are not enough sun beds around the pools and people put towels on the from early morning blocking them even though not being used. On the other hand, I must say the staff and cleaning services are very professional and hard working. I feel there is a lot of improvement to be made so the hotel can claim the 5 stars.

We had an overall pleasant experience. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms and common areas were very well maintained. The food was good but not very diverse. The lack of fruit variety was disappointing, the cocktails were not great, and the desserts did not impress either in taste or diversity. One positive aspect was the Soprano restaurant, which stood out for its delicious food and excellent service—certainly the best of all the restaurants in the resort. As for the staff, if you tip, you will notice a significant difference in their attitude. They will serve you with more attention and always make sure to be close by for whatever you need. I recommend this hotel for cleanliness and amenities, but if you emphasize the diversity of food, desserts.
