The upgrade from a triple garden view room to a family sea view was amazing and unexpected. Although we faced some bathroom issues, they were resolved quickly. The food was excellent and diverse, and the team was very cooperative, but we did feel at times that some staff treated Egyptians differently from foreigners, making us feel like second-class guests. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The reception staff were the most professional in the resort, and the chefs, especially in the seafood restaurant, demonstrated exceptional skill and craftsmanship. In terms of value for money, based on my 22 years of experience living abroad, particularly in Saudi Arabia, I found it to be excellent and far superior to other resorts in Sharm El-Sheikh or Southeast Asia.

food was kind of hit or miss, but all the hits were delicious. you just have to find what you like - good variations with occasional repeats. liquor & cocktails smell and taste awful, reminds me of petrol. beer and wine are alright. acoustics of hotel room are way off - i could not hear my roommate in the bedroom when i was standing in bathroom myself, could only hear people in the corridor. and the door of hotel room was not soundproof, could always hear people in the alley. room was spacious & clean, and got cleaned properly every day. bed was comfortable. staff incredibly helpful and accomodating. large hotel area with heated and unheated pools, entertainment programs all day every day. overall i recommend!

Great hotel, staff are very helpful and are happy to help. Our cleaner for room cleaned very well and did a very good job at tidying our room. The pool space is amazing and hotel was very beautiful. However everyday we had problems with keycards where we had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to come and open the door which was frustrating. And no drinks were served after 12am for an all inclusive hotel drinks should be accessible at any time. However the hotel staff were very nice and the hotel was amazing. The spa space was good and very clean. Would recommend this hotel as it was family friendly and in a very good location.
