We had a fantastic stay. Warm, attentive staff made every moment delightful. Phillip in particular was exceptional; he gave us ideas on the best sites, the best transport mode to navigate, and accessing Mpesa services. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with luxury touches. Dining was a highlight, with superb flavours and variety. Perfectly located for exploring, with helpful concierge services. Exceptional hospitality—highly recommend!

Disappointing Stay – Far from a 4-Star Experience
We stayed at this hotel for a week in October, expecting a comfortable and high-quality experience. Sadly, it was anything but that.
Upon arrival, we noticed cleanliness issues right away. The floor was dusty, and the balcony mirror was filthy, though the mirror inside the room was clean. I reported this to staff, but no one bothered to address it, which was both disappointing and unprofessional.
Our room was spacious enough, but the bathroom had mold—something you definitely don’t expect at a hotel claiming to be 4-star. Additionally, essentials like water weren’t included, and we were charged nearly £10 for a single bottle! For the price we paid, this was shocking.
The beach area staff were friendly, but the relaxation was spoiled by constant shouting from a staff member promoting boat trips and diving. It would have been much better if these advertisements were done quietly or offered as written information, instead of disturbing guests.
The worst part of the stay was an incident at breakfast. My daughter wasn’t feeling well one morning, so I thought I’d bring a small plate of food to our room so she could eat there. I put two pancakes and a croissant on a plate, but as I started to leave, two waitresses stopped me—one from each side—telling me I wasn’t allowed to take food to my room. I explained that my daughter was unwell, but they insisted, saying, “You’re not allowed.” I felt incredibly embarrassed and upset, as this exchange happened in the middle of a busy restaurant with guests all around.
The breakfast area itself was always packed, making it hard to find a seat and adding to the frustration. Dinner was empty!
For nearly £3000 half board this stay was a huge letdown. I would strongly advise looking into other options if you’re visiting Dubai, as there are many hotels that offer much better service, cleanliness, and value for your money.

Overall the hotel was good however a few details ruined the experience slightly for us.
Rooms were clean and very nice, large majority of the staff were great and very helpful however a few staff/people around the hotel were pushy and constantly trying to upsell.
Breakfast was average, good selection but hot food wasn’t amazing.
If you stay here avoid using the hotel taxi as this is double the price of a normal taxi. Avoid the guy in the white shirt that tries to push you to take this

Fantastic hotel with stunning views and exceptional service! Located on the beautiful Palm Jumeirah, this 5 star hotel features a wonderful infinity pool and a private beach. My family and I had a great time here during my business trip; while I was away, my wife and daughter thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beach. The moments I was there were equally delightful, thanks to the excellent service and the hospitality of our host, Gabriel, who was incredibly polite. The next time we visit Dubai, we'll definitely be booking a room at this hotel again!

The staff at this hotel are truly outstanding. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality.
