The resort has different types of accommodations, and the quality varies.
Very good location, only 20 minutes from airport.
The prices are very high. The food, services, and other activities prices are very high.
The staff were good and polite.

If you are looking for a romantic or quiet trip, look for smaller resorts. This restaurant is too crowded.

Our trip was planned for months, with the focus on enjoying scuba diving in the Maldives. We contacted the dive center multiple times and were told to stop by upon arrival to arrange our dives. However, when we arrived on December 30, we were told they were "fully booked." Upon further inquiry, the staff revealed that their contract expired on January 4, and in preparation, they had decided to stop booking scuba dives and only offer snorkeling trips. Despite the front desk assuring us a new operator would take over on January 1, we found the same staff with the same dismissive response. It was deeply frustrating to travel so far for world-class diving only to be told we couldn't dive due to the dive center's decision to "take it easy" and lack of planning from Hilton regarding overlapping service contracts. for 4 seconds
We had planned this trip for months, specifically to enjoy scuba diving in the Maldives. Before arrival, we contacted the dive center multiple times and were assured we could arrange dives easily once on-site. However, upon arrival on December 30, we were told they were “fully booked.” After pressing further, the staff admitted that because their contract was expiring on January 4, they had decided to stop booking scuba trips and only run snorkeling excursions. Even though the front desk mentioned a new company would take over on January 1, it turned out to be the same team, providing the same dismissive response. It was extremely frustrating that we traveled all the way to a renowned dive destination and were unable to dive simply because the dive center decided to “take it easy.”
Moreover, it was very dismaying that there was no proper planning from Hilton to ensure overlapping or continuous service contracts for such a key activity. The lack of coordination and communication caused a significant inconvenience for guests, especially those specifically coming for world-class scuba diving.

It is a quick 20 minutes boat ride from the airport, the staff are amazing and the room was superb, very clean and comfy. The food has a wide variety and overall is good, some things in the menu were excellent. Very safe and friendly place, and they have an application that helps know everything about the resort and book your activities and even order food to the room.

I have just had the pleasure of spending a week at this resort to celebrate my birthday and I was not disappointed from the start to finish the staff and the resort could not have done more, we were met straight of the plane and escorted to the speed boat transfer and whisked over to resort in about 15 minutes again there where staff waiting to check us in which was seamless. we were taken to our beach villa which was ample size with a great view, the rest of the week was just as good especially my birthday we had a lovely meal and the staff sang happy birthday which I thought was a nice touch, I have a special mention to a lady Called SARAH from the Terra mar and also the beach club in the afternoon she was happy and helpful and always aimed to please. I travel all over the world and this resort is one of the best I have ever stayed in so much so that I am looking to rebook as soon as possible .

• Arrival & Transportation:
Our journey to the hotel was seamless. Upon arrival at the airport, we reached the hotel within 15 minutes via a boat transfer, which was very convenient.
• Staff & Service:
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly stood out.
• Beach & Facilities:
The beach was beautiful, showcasing vibrant shades of blue. The island offers a variety of facilities, including two swimming pools, bike rentals, and multiple restaurants. However, it’s worth noting that the bike rentals do not include bicycles with training wheels for younger kids, which was a bit disappointing.
• Dining Experience:
The breakfast was average and could use some improvement. Other meals at the restaurants were good, but not exceptional. On the plus side, kids under 12 years old eat for free, which is a great bonus for families.
• Kids Club:
The kids club had a decent setup with weekly activities, but there were some drawbacks. The activities required children to be away from their parents in a room, which made our kids uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the staff at the kids club could benefit from better training in interacting with children.
• Health & Emergency Services:
Our daughter fell ill during our stay, and we had to visit the clinic. Unfortunately, the clinic is not open 24/7, although doctors are on call during off hours. It’s also important to note that there is no nearby hospital, so in emergencies, guests need to travel by boat to Malé.
• Overall Experience:
Despite some minor inconveniences, we had an enjoyable stay. The island is beautiful, the staff are kind, and the facilities cater well to families.
