All inclusive resort. This was our first time to a Sandals. Drive from airport 2 hours down local roads. Greeted immediately by staff and walked into main lobby. Then escorted to another building where you fill out papers then told alot of things then finally lead to your building and to your room. No actual absorbing done for me then. Next day, figured out then restaurants and layout of the resort. Staff overall very happy in their work and super helpful.

50 acres of prime location on the southwest coast, protected by a small hill/mountain ridge from the wind and weather. Extra long private beach. Amazing food! Top shelf drinks. Many included activities. Great staff. Clean and picturesque. The over the water bar is fun.

This was not the first all inclusive vacation I have taken. I have many to compare to this trip. I thought I found my favorite before this vacation, however, Sandals South Coast just won new favorite. The entire staff took the time to greet us always even while they were busy. The property was immaculate and there was always someone tending to the needs of guests. Bar service was excellent. Food service was over and above. The dive shop and their staff really blew us away. Kamala and Omar really made us feel like we were HOME and FAMILY. Can't wait to come back again.

This was my first time ever at sandals south coast with my wife. We were going for a wedding and AT FIRST loved the resort. That quickly changed however from forced interactions to low quality food at certain establishments. I felt like the staff were forcing themselves to be nice to us. Even beyond this I tried to enjoy my time there and I loved your overall customer service again AT FIRST. On our departure day I left a few clothing items in a drawer inside of my room (#3209). I quickly called Sandals once I was back in the states no more than 3 hours later and I was told that housekeeping did not recover any clothes and that the room was already occupied. The clothing meant a great deal to me as a late friend gifted me a shirt that was in the drawer. I know for a FACT that my clothing was inside of the drawer and that someone on your property stole it. This is an embarrassment to Sandals and I do not recommend ANYONE to book their stay here. The staff showed little care to solving my problems after I left the resort which is proving the point of being forced to be nice while we are there. It has been almost a week since this incident and even my mother who was on her HONEYMOON went to ask about my clothing just to be told that they will email her just for no response AT ALL. I just want my clothes back; this is my first time ever having trouble like this for a vacation which is ironic because this was my most EXPENSIVE!

You could not ask for a better place stay. The friendliest staff you will ever meet. The only thing that I did not like was the road from the airport to Sandals South Coast. It seems like Sandals could help with repairing the road. Other than that, once you're in Sandals South Coast, you forget about everything!
