Our family of 4 came to celebrate my birthday. The staff were so warm and attentive. Shanan and Patrice literally tended to all our needs. The service overall was excellent. The rooms are clean and bright. The food was fresh and there was a unbelievable variety! We are looking forward to celebrating our anniversary here next year!

We celebrated my daughter's birthday here and the whole staff took such a great care of her and sang and got her a Cake. The entertainment team is amazing too especially Wayne. They do such an amazing job every day. Food is awesome and people are awesome. And the beach has the most beautiful turquoise water 🌊🌊🌊

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were comfortable, and having an ocean view made it even more heavenly—waking up to that view every morning was a dream. The food was excellent, with the oxtail being a standout dish that I couldn’t get enough of.
What truly made this trip unforgettable, though, were the people. The staff at the resort were the absolute best—so warm, friendly, and genuine. We made so many new friends during our stay. A special shoutout to Javed, the bartender, who was so fun and inviting. He introduced me to a new drink I’ll definitely be making at home and added a personal touch to every interaction.
Even the vendors down on the beach were a delight—respectful and kind. We struck up great conversations and made friends with them too.
The Jamaican people are truly wonderful, and I highly recommend taking the time to get to know them while you’re visiting. You’ll walk away a better person because of it. This was such a special trip, and I can’t wait to return!
The one thing I would have liked to see more of is entertainment / group activities during the day. I find that these always bring people together, and I would have liked more opportunities to connect with others in this way.

Big Wayne and concentrate great and led the best water aerobics classes in the pool!! The entertainment was super fun for both adults and children. We visited with our family; 2 adults- 3 children: 12, 10, 8! Would highly recommend.

Room is old but clean. Front desk service wasn't the best upon arrival. safey box didn't work ,they changed battery on the first day, didn't work again the next day and we had to waste half day for them to repair twice, then replaced with another one which we had to use a wooden stick to open everyday. Food is very good, especially Buffet : unlimited lobsters on Gala night(I think), fresh coconut and mutton curry on Jamaica night were unforgettable. The server name, Cassandra at buffet deserves a promotion as her service was the best ,smile on her face with her attentiveness was superb.. beautiful infinity pool with daily activities were entertaining. Nice beach but vendors at the beach all day long made it very unpleasant and uncomfortable which is why I only gave 4 stars.
