I came here with my 13yo son for 6d/5n and every minute was amazing! The resort is pristine, the room was immaculate, and service the impeccable. We spent a lot of time at the pool. The bartender was great and certainly kept up with my son’s requests for virgin daiquiris! The food was really good as well. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

The entertainment team really made mine and my family's stay at the resort an absolute pleasure. KK, Sparkles, Too Short, Wayne, Fresh, Fine, Rashawn (hopefully I haven't missed anyone) were the best team and brought the energy day and night. Would highly recommend this resort. Also, Kaiyla and Akeem at the front desk were super helpful throughout our stay and there to help with any issues.

4.8 star, for the most part staff was friendly. Some seemed a little inconvenienced, like the staff at the cafe but most were great. Special shout out to odaine, the bartender at the blue moon sports bar, making sure we always had full drinks and always friendly. You’re certain to have a good time when odaines working the bar and you can tell he really likes people and his job. He’s a pleasure, Aldin was also a very enjoyable bartender. The bell staff was friendly and helpful however some of the booking staff were very quick to tell you to use the app instead of them booking with you, not to mention the worst pasty is that the app only works 10% of the time, which is what you’re supposed to use to view menus, order room service and book spa and other services, so it sucks when it doesn’t work. But honestly that really was the worst part. Rose hall suites is beautiful with many great included amenities, don’t skip out on the sports bar and the jerk chicken hut down by the beach, and if you partake in the business at the beach find Bobby, he’ll take care of you!!!

We went over March Break 2025. We were a group of 7 ppl (from 10yr old to 73 yr old). We requested rooms with 2dbl beds near each other. We were able to get rooms close to each other but we ended up with 1 king and pullouts. In the end me made it work for us but 2 beds would have been better. The food and drinks were fantastic. All the restaurants were good and the Little River Buffet had a Gala Night with lobster and crab. Do not miss that night. Annifa (sorry if I spelt it wrong), the hostess for the buffet restaurant was great along with a few servers we had throughout the vacation. The pool and beach were really nice. And the grounds were well taken care of. There was a good mix of kids, teens, YA, adults and seniors. I would recommend this hotel but note that it is about 20 mins outside Montego Bay so you will need to grab a taxi to go anywhere.

The resort is very clean and had great facilities. The employees were all very friendly and helpful! I have never seen another resort with cleaner floors!! We had some maintenance issues that were addressed quickly. The buffet restaurant was great. Dickiesha was the best server we had! So friendly and she had our breakfast table ready everyday at 8. The entertainment crew was so much fun. Really enjoyed the theater shows and dance parties. The gym, Zumba and aqua aerobics were fantastic. Star camp was a great treat for the kiddos and parents alike. Drop off at 10am and pickup at 6pm. They entertained the kids all day. Thanks Kimberlee for talking us into letting our kiddo participate. She loves it! W2M transportation to and from the airport and to excursions was also safe and enjoyable. If we did it again, we would take private transportation to the excursions. Bus rides were long due to the many stops. We did lose power for a few minutes on a few occasions. The “welcome breakfast” was misrepresented and we did not go to hear about the Iberostar club. I recommend the concierges be more upfront with this commitment. Would recommend to families! We had a great time and hope to come back soon.
