- Lunch buffet at the Veranda Main Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm)

- All a la carte restaurants require reservation in advance of 2-3 days. Guests can enjoy a meal for free once during a 7 day stay.

My stay at the Seaside Resort in Crete was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. Special shoutout to the morning chef, Μάνος, and the servers, Ελεύθερα and Eleni. Their hard work and hospitality truly made our experience special—they were always helpful and attentive.
The resort itself is beautiful, and the gym was just enough to get a decent workout in. The open bar was a nice touch, and the daily buffet offered hearty, delicious food. I especially appreciated the espresso machine, which never failed to deliver my much-needed caffeine fix each morning.
Location-wise, it couldn’t have been more convenient like 20 minutes away from the airport. The beach was just a short walk away (3 min walk), and there’s a supermarket, a bar, and two restaurants right next to the resort. I highly recommend renting a small hatchback car during your stay—there’s no need for anything larger unless you’re traveling with a big family. If it’s just a honeymoon or a small trip, the hatchback is perfect, as taxi prices can be steep.
There’s no real need to exchange USD for Euros either, as 98% of places accept Mastercard or Visa. The resort also provided nightly entertainment at the main bar, which was fun and lively. The poolside bar, with Dimitri as the bartender, was another highlight. He gave us great tips on places to visit in the city, like ruins and museums.
Lastly, the resort was affordable for the luxury it offered. We spent around $5,000 for a top-tier room with a private pool, though I’d recommend opting for a cheaper room since the private pool isn’t a must.
Overall, this was an amazing stay, and I highly recommend this resort. We will definitely try to come back!

Instagramers paradise. The place looks stunning! The three à la carte restaurants were absolutely brilliant, and the gym facilities were top of the range... However scratch beneath the surface and you may find the venue a bit lacking in places.... I've never seen so many couples playing uno, snap, other card games or dice!
We visited at the end of the season, and although the staff were generally friendly you could tell they were tired, especially some of the maintenance crew driving round. The turn down staff were always really pleasant, the main restaurant and bar staff were less so (with the exception of one tattooed gentleman who made great cocktails: he and the lady who was with him on the upper shared pool were really really great... They need a raise or to be used as a positive example for the other staff), and maintenance crew were even less (they never thanked anyone for moving out their way when they were driving around, which we found to be little rude)
We used the gym facilities every day and would say without a doubt they're the nicest facilities we've been in, all the machines are technogym and attached to the internet so using the technogym app was fantastic for tracking your workouts. Although it could get busy at times if you were clever you can get in when it's not that busy.
What we would have loved would have been a few more guided activities (like Nordic walking) better advertisement of things to do around the arena.... And most of all a heated pool. All the pools were really really cold. Even during the height of summer I can't imagine that they're nice to swim in.

Could not recommend this hotel enough. Room was perfect, food was miles better than any other all inclusive I’ve visited, every single one of the staff we met were incredibly helpful and friendly. Pools were great, and not too busy either, so plenty of opportunities to secure a sunbed. The scenery is amazing and only a short couple of minutes walk down to the beach itself. Brilliant holiday 👍

Amazing place. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough to help. Food is amazing and so much choice at the buffet style restaurant. You are seated straight away, offered water or wine within seconds of sitting down or you can help yourself to a large choice of soft drinks, lager or a cocktail

We had an amazing time here for 2 weeks. Our room was spotless and big and had clean towels every day. Staff are very friendly with a smile on their face, nothing was too much trouble. The main restaurant had lovely food with a lot of choices, 3 a la cartes to go to as well. We tried all 3, 2 of them twice, and found the Umi restaurant was the best. There are 2 pools, the top pool in our opinion was the better of the 2 as there was more room between the beds. The other pool was smaller. We did see one evening entertainment, The Drifters tribute, they were good. Location is out of the way but you don't need to go anywhere as you have it all in the hotel. There is a yoga studio and gym which we didn't use. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing, chilled holiday.
