I'm not very sure where to even begin. Everything about this resort is special. You arrive and just from the landscape makes you feel like you are at a resort. We met so many incredible people here who work hard to make sure every traveler has a great time. The pool is both relaxing and fun. The food, and the rooms were exceptional. The only negative part of the trip was when we had to leave! I look forward to getting to come back sometime in the near future! Amazing resort, but even better people.

I cannot say enough good things about our trip. I have a BUCKET list of food allergies and Victor went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed our stay and could eat worry free. Our room was kept clean and stocked. The staff were super nice. We enjoyed Cabino, our server, AND the staff at OCEANA. The staff decorated a beautiful table for us on our last night. This was our 1st time flying, our 1st time off USA soil and our 1st vacation in 6 years. So glad we came!!

Our experience there was great! The resort was beautiful, clean, and well kept. But we want to point out the MOST was the people who work there. They were all so accommodating. Especially Enrique!! We met him the first night and he remembered our names all week long and went out of his way to always say hi. We were with a group of 20 and so it made it extra incredible that he remembered our names. So we wanted to jump on here and give extra gratitude for Enrique who was so awesome throughout our trip!

Wasn't impressed with Secrets. I've stayed at many all inclusive and this one was mediocre. The first night we checked in our room was very warm. Temp on wall unit would not go below 74°. The next day we requested a room change. That process took about 6 hours to be completed which was strange because the resort did not look fully booked. Finally we swapped rooms and the AC worked properly. Unfortunately in the new room the sink in bathroom wouldn't drain and the sheets were not clean when we pulled the comforter back. For a resort that charges prices like this one, I would expect 5 star service. This place is about a 3. On the plus side, the property itself is very nice including pool area and beach and the adults only option was great! And I also must say that EVERY employee I came in contact with during my stay could not have been nicer and very professional. They have great staff! Unfortunately the rooms are basic and need some attention as well as the food on property. Very mediocre.

Secrets treats you like royalty from the moment you arrive. You are greeted with a glass of champagne during check in. Then you are taken by golf cart to get something to eat if your room is not ready. The pool area is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful as are the restaurants. We never had a bad meal. One night we went over to Dreams next door to try the Brazilian steakhouse. It was nice to also have access to that property. To get to each area you have to take a golf cart. They continuously run every few minutes so the wait is never long. We had a swim up and I was surprised by how cold the water was but still enjoyed it. Pool water was amazing. Beach was amazing. Don’t make the mistake we did and rent the beds that overlook the beach. The other beds that surround the pool are free and we were not told that until we asked other patrons. Would def return after renovations!
