I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the rooms offered lovely views that made the experience even more special. The location is excellent, with everything you might need close by, which makes it very convenient. The food was outstanding, with a great variety and exceptional quality. What really stood out, however, was the service. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The Executive Club deserves a special mention—it felt so welcoming, almost like being among friends and family. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and outstanding service. It truly offers the best in hospitality.

We recently stayed at Shangri-La Dubai and absolutely loved our experience! The hotel is truly luxurious and offers great value for the price. Our room was the Horizon Premier with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa — it was breathtaking, especially at night. The location was excellent — close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing inside. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with more than 50 delicious options to choose from — everything was fresh and flavorful. A special mention to Khodram in the lobby, who was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. His warm hospitality really stood out. Overall, we had an unforgettable stay and would definitely choose Shangri-La Dubai again on our next trip!

We had a 3 bedroom apartment for my family and it was amazing! Spacious and spotless with super comfy beds. Breakfast is delicious- high quality, tasty food . The pool area is relaxed, super chill vibes. Most importantly, the service here at the Shangri La is unbeatable. Every staff member is so welcoming and ready to help you for absolutely anything you need.
