The honest Reviewer
The hotel is not as big nor grand as it looks – I was surprised at how small it was. Which is not a criticism as the hotel was just as beautiful as it looks it the pictures. The food was wonderful, the rooms where large and the staff where very friendly. The only downside was that service was a little slow. Within the hotel you have canal. You can take a short boat ride from one side of the hotel to the other, which is stunning on an evening. There is also a small amount of shops within walking distance, maybe 2-5 min max by foot, which is perfect for those that wish to move a little during the day/evening. The private beach is clean with plenty of room/sun loungers. I would recommend this hotel for families with small children who wish for a peaceful stay. – Note it was starting to get busy before we left, so I cannot comment on what the feel would be like during half term.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff are excellent, particularly Siju who will greet you with a big smile from the moment you enter the hotel. The buffet is fantastic, the Asian restaurant was also great. Spacious rooms, well decorated. Lovely beaches and pools. Fresh fruit and water every day. I can’t fault it. We will be back.

Amazing hotel, exceeding my expectations in every single way. We upgraded our room to one of the suites and were absolutely blown away by the room and the services included. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodates every single wish, even letting us stay until 6pm the day off check out to make our stay more memorable before a late flight home.

Went for the buffet lunch, The spread was good but I have seen better spreads elsewhere. The taste was fine , we ordered a bottle of whiskey which was on the menu, but it was not available. The staff was polite and helpful but it was difficult to locate them and so had to wait to catch them to order something extra. The overall ambience was totally good, and gives a luxury feeling.
