I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Hotel and Tower in Dubai, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and professional team that made check-in smooth and efficient. The lobby itself was stunning—elegantly designed with a modern yet welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for my stay. The room was nothing short of luxurious. Spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, from a plush king-sized bed to a state-of-the-art entertainment system. The attention to detail in the room's design truly enhanced my comfort, making it feel like a home away from home. What really stood out, however, was the level of service. The staff at Sheraton went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. Whether it was the concierge offering great local recommendations or the housekeeping team providing top-tier service with a smile, I felt truly valued as a guest. The dining options were also superb, with a range of international cuisines that catered to all tastes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a wide variety of delicious dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients. Overall, my stay at the Sheraton Hotel and Tower exceeded all expectations. Stayed here for 3 on a Dubai stop over. From the moment we arrived the staff have been excellent, always a happy cheerful greeting and the help I have had with a gluten free diet has been marvellous. One of the best hotel breakfast's. The room is spacious with lots of storage and a very large bathroom. Would definitely stay here again. There was some overnight noise from the rejuvenation works to the creek quayside. Not the hotels problem but to carry work out during the night next to a hotel to me seems very shortsighted on behalve of the authority carrying out the works.

I was only here for one night on a layover, but really enjoyed my stay. The staff were all amazing and the personal note from the manager was so nice. Breakfast was great, with tons of options. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very spacious with a great view of the creek. It was about a 20 minute metro ride from terminal 3 and a 15 minute walk from the metro station. Going back to the airport, I ordered an Uber since the metro doesn't go to terminal 2. It was only an 8 minute ride.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights along with my wife. Experience was exceptional from the start till end. Staff at gate, reception and room service, all were very friendly and warm. Everyone wore a big smile on their faces. Mr. Nikhil who happenes to be involved with room service department is a wonderful and courteous person. He has been very caring and affectionate all throughout, thus making our stay very very comfortable. I wish him luck
