A very nice Sheraton location on Dubai creek. Room and service were both good. Location wasn't bad, slightly far from most Dubai attractions but close to the metro station. Loved the dining at the hotel. Also tried the spa and was very pleased. Pool area is nice and once the construction is complete between the hotel and the creek, this will be a very nice place to stay. Will definitely stay again.

Stopped over here for 2days on way to Norway. Checkin / reception experience made you feel at home welcome and timely. Room was clean and bed comfortable and pillows excellent. All hotel staff who assisted us were polite and respectful. The hotel staffs service commitment to their guests is first class, the ‘feather in the cap’ of an enjoyable stay.

Only stayed one night, but a really nice hotel. Nice view from the room, we didn't use the pool, there is construction being done outside at the promenade. It was a very brief stay as we arrived late and left early to catch a cruise ship, but overall really nice hotel.
