We arrived early, and Ibrahim from the front desk helped us and was able to check-in early. The ambiance was a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, with every detail thoughtfully curated to make guests feel truly welcome. They are very professional, courteous, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. Also we met Winona too, one of the front desk who was very friendly and kind. The concierge staff were very friendly and helpful, we thanked John and Richard, the bell boys, who always helped us with our transport and luggage. Accommodation: Our apartment was massive—spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen and living room were very clean. Housekeeping was prompt when we needed anything. Dining Experience: We had breakfast each day, and the culinary offerings were exceptional. I would commend chef Carla for being so friendly, when she found out that it was my husband's and my daughter's birthdays, she made an effort to provide a delicious cake and was delivered to our room, the staff were attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to serve with a warm smile. Food was amazing. Location The hotel's location was ideal - close to key attractions. Overall, I commend all the staff of Sheraton Grand hotel Dubai for being so polite and professional, it exceeded our expectations and made our stay so comfortable and meaningful. Definitely we will be coming back.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Dubai! The hotel was spotless and had a beautiful atmosphere, but what truly stood out was the *exceptional customer service*. My friend wasn’t feeling well, and one of the staff members overheard and made her a special tea. The next day, they checked in to see how she was doing and made the tea again — that kind of care is rare and truly appreciated. The food at **Feast Restaurant** on the 6th floor was amazing! As someone from Trinidad and Tobago, I loved that the dishes were full of flavor and real spices — it felt like home! I can’t remember the lovely lady’s name who helped us (she was from the Philippines and I think a manager), but she was so kind and professional. Overall, Sheraton Grand Dubai exceeded my expectations. Great service, delicious food, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend!

One of the greatest hotel in Dubai. The hospitality is incredible. All the stuff is super polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean and cozy, big spaces, beautiful. The location is very convenient, not far from the top destinations of dubai, airport and center. Restaurants, music, shows, wellness center, gym…you can find everything in one place. The spa is literally wonderful with the great specialists; full body recharge and recover. Laundry service is super fast and professional. Thank you

His professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help make every stay exceptional. Hasan goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Whether it’s assisting with arrangements, providing thoughtful recommendations, or simply offering support with a smile, his service is consistently outstanding. Staff like Hasan truly elevate the experience at Sheraton Grand Dubai. He is a great asset to the hotel, and I sincerely appreciate all his efforts.
