We arrived early, and Ibrahim from the front desk helped us and was able to check-in early. The ambiance was a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, with every detail thoughtfully curated to make guests feel truly welcome. They are very professional, courteous, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. Also we met Winona too, one of the front desk who was very friendly and kind. The concierge staff were very friendly and helpful, we thanked John and Richard, the bell boys, who always helped us with our transport and luggage. Accommodation: Our apartment was massive—spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen and living room were very clean. Housekeeping was prompt when we needed anything. Dining Experience: We had breakfast each day, and the culinary offerings were exceptional. I would commend chef Carla for being so friendly, when she found out that it was my husband's and my daughter's birthdays, she made an effort to provide a delicious cake and was delivered to our room, the staff were attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to serve with a warm smile. Food was amazing. Location The hotel's location was ideal - close to key attractions. Overall, I commend all the staff of Sheraton Grand hotel Dubai for being so polite and professional, it exceeded our expectations and made our stay so comfortable and meaningful. Definitely we will be coming back.

Special thanks to Deborah & Cornelia at Feast Restaurant for their warm, attentive service every morning, they truly made us feel welcome. Also, John from Valet was incredibly helpful and professional, always greeting us with a smile and making everything seamless. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located.
