This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
The staff, including the management, lack basic English proficiency.
The hotel didn't show professionalism. Rooms were very dirty and stained everywhere. There was a lack of hygiene, and the cups were all stained and greasy.
There were no proper, fresh drinks available. Knives and forks still had old food on them. The food was truly disgusting as it did not conform to the traditional Turkish cuisine. The food in the restaurant was repetitive and there was nothing nice to even eat. All I ate was chips, as everything else tasted like it was rewarmed. The food is the same every day, not fresh and hot.
The hotel is advertised as a 5-star establishment, however, it is merely a 1-star establishment, which is quite generous.

This is a unique place, one of a kind. Personally, I did not expect such a good atmosphere created by a wonderful team of animators, every day with a smile on their face they organize time for vacationers.Highly qualified staff, very cultured, above all, very empathetic, eager to help in every situation, especially Aysenur, the best of them. There is really a lot of food and it is very tasty. Everyone will find something for themselves there, with a clear conscience I can recommend this hotel, it is the 1st place in my career where I will return. I highly recommend it

We stayed in this hotel back in July 2024. When we have a booking, we paid for a pool view family room. When we got there, we were told no family rooms have pool view, when I looked upstairs, there were family rooms with pool view. Next morning, when I spoke to manager, I was told sorry no changes can be made now and have to stay where we were. Food was pretty awful, it was mainly targeted for Russian and German people with the type of dishes they had. The restaurant had a very bad smell to it which put you off from eating. Not really good when you have kids with you and choice of food lacks. They have same snacks everyday. Even the kids got fed up of having same food. There was no actual proper Turkish food at all. Only thing kids enjoyed was the pools. Apart from that, it’s really not worth the money we paid to go all inclusive. Would I go back again? NEVER!!!

hello Considering the good building and facilities of the hotel, unfortunately, it was not well managed. The restaurant and the quality of the food were not good at all. There was a very bad smell inside the restaurant. The cooking was not good at all. The person in charge of the restaurant was extremely nervous and grumpy. The cleaning quality of the building and the chandeliers and public areas of the building was not good at all. The music group and the parties were very poor. Overall, in my opinion, it was at the level of a three-star hotel.

The hotel is extraordinarily beautiful, the rooms are superb, the designer deserved all his money.
Cleanliness is rated 2/10 and I don't understand how it is possible.
I have never met a 5* hotel where your linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days, the law is different.
In the week I stayed, they never washed the glass from the shower, why? I'm not talking about dust... I don't think anyone ever vacuums in the hallways. The food is good and diverse, anyone who says otherwise is wrong. The main problem is the seats at the tables, as you have to wait a few minutes until they are freed. The restaurant-reception staff is very ok. I gave you 4* because the hotel is superb, but you need to do something about cleaning the rooms, on the other hand, the public spaces or public bathrooms were impeccably clean, someone always comes in after each person.
One day we said let's go to the beach, the mistake was that we didn't look at the bus schedule. I called the phone number provided by Facebook where an idiot who was in the mood for jokes answered! In this way, I thank him that I waited according to his words at the bus station with 2 small children in the hope that the bus that was communicated to us will come and please be aware that Karma is coming back.
The animation and the shows were very good, but it seems silly to make us pay 2-3 euros for popcorn in the idea that the raw material is excessively cheap.
Please don't send me a copy-paste message because I don't need it and I have 14 locations that I manage and I think you can improve the quality of your services.
