This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
The staff, including the management, lack basic English proficiency.
The hotel didn't show professionalism. Rooms were very dirty and stained everywhere. There was a lack of hygiene, and the cups were all stained and greasy.
There were no proper, fresh drinks available. Knives and forks still had old food on them. The food was truly disgusting as it did not conform to the traditional Turkish cuisine. The food in the restaurant was repetitive and there was nothing nice to even eat. All I ate was chips, as everything else tasted like it was rewarmed. The food is the same every day, not fresh and hot.
The hotel is advertised as a 5-star establishment, however, it is merely a 1-star establishment, which is quite generous.

We stayed in this hotel back in July 2024. When we have a booking, we paid for a pool view family room. When we got there, we were told no family rooms have pool view, when I looked upstairs, there were family rooms with pool view. Next morning, when I spoke to manager, I was told sorry no changes can be made now and have to stay where we were. Food was pretty awful, it was mainly targeted for Russian and German people with the type of dishes they had. The restaurant had a very bad smell to it which put you off from eating. Not really good when you have kids with you and choice of food lacks. They have same snacks everyday. Even the kids got fed up of having same food. There was no actual proper Turkish food at all. Only thing kids enjoyed was the pools. Apart from that, it’s really not worth the money we paid to go all inclusive. Would I go back again? NEVER!!!

hello Considering the good building and facilities of the hotel, unfortunately, it was not well managed. The restaurant and the quality of the food were not good at all. There was a very bad smell inside the restaurant. The cooking was not good at all. The person in charge of the restaurant was extremely nervous and grumpy. The cleaning quality of the building and the chandeliers and public areas of the building was not good at all. The music group and the parties were very poor. Overall, in my opinion, it was at the level of a three-star hotel.

Really don’t know why there are so many bad reviews on here. Stayed in this hotel during uk October half term , paid pennies and although it was not a 5 star experience, For the insanely low price we paid we cannot complain. Food was adequate location was amazing rooms were clean there were events every night and we never got bored. Also worth noting this hotel is100% for families

Everything about this hotel from the amenities available, the staff, the services, the entertainment, the location and the special room I received was amazing. Recommend this hotel to anyone planning on going to Antalya. The hammam experience was also amazing and definitely worth paying 50 euros for. The food was also amazing having 4 meal times was such a luxury and the breakfast was always delicious. The only issue we had was the lifeguard on the water slides should have told us to remove our sunglasses as one of us hit our head on the water slide and the sunglasses caused an injury to the head which was bleeding so go on the blue water slide with caution. Will definitely be returning to this hotel as it definitely lives up to the 5 stars it has.
