We were impressed by the Sofitel Dubai Downtown. The central location made it easy to access the metro and travel widely across the city. The staff were excellent! Amira on reception and Allan, the concierge were so welcoming. Gomathi kept our room beautiful. Suman, Biak and Pyae in the Brasserie were friendly and attentive. A special mention to Chaimae and Sylvia in the L'Apero restaurant. The fantastic staff really made our stay the best.

We had a great experience. I brought my 3 kids to there for holiday and the experience was great! Room is spacious and well equipped! The shower head did not fit into the hook and I requested to change that the next morning. It was done efficiently. Highly recommended and we will for sure coming back next time when we come over!

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the concierge team Eric and Moustafa. Lei/Lea I think the front office agent was amazing and she even upgraded us to the one bedroom suite which we so gratefully appreciated. We looked forward to staying there already. Escorted to our suite we had a beautiful view and a huge room we just felt so happy to be back at Sofitel. A birthday set up was there on the bed and a cute cake which I enjoyed so much. I extremely enjoyed my stay, bed was like sleeping on a feather and just everything in general was a delight. The club access though I did not understand it was just the same place where everyone had breakfast at it was nothing special which I had paid extra for thinking it was more only for club paying guests however the evening drinks were good and service from Godwin was great as well. Occasionally at breakfast it was hard to get a servers attention even for a coffee but in the end it was all good. Breakfast options were wide but repetitive. Now that the pool which had a fantastic view of the burj khalifa is under construction the other one was just too small to enjoy. But nonetheless everyone was always happy to help and very kind. I will definitely come back and recommend to our family and friends. Also the spa team Cham/Sem gave the best massage ever!

Everything was excellent during my stay. The room was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with all the luxuries I wanted. The bathroom is another story, it is a room-sized by its own and very nicely designed, also it has a view of the main street. I want to thank all the staff for their professionalism and hospitality. Special thanks to the chef, Mr. Bharat, who made the type of food I prefer. Also, special thanks to the receptionist who gave me a late check-out when she knew of my need for it. All staff were cooperating.
