We had an unforgettable stay at Sofitel The Palm, and it was truly a perfect family getaway. Located on the iconic Palm, the hotel offers stunning views and an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was so kind and helpful, always ensuring that our needs were met with a smile.
The level of service at the hotel is truly top-notch. The staff’s attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything we needed made our stay seamless and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the Kids Club, which was filled with fun activities that kept them entertained throughout our stay. It was a relief for us parents to know they were having such a great time while we relaxed.
The food was also amazing. Every meal was a treat, and the breakfast buffet was especially impressive – so many options, all of which were delicious and fresh. We truly didn’t want to leave this paradise, as it felt like home away from home. The whole family had an incredible time, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and family-friendly stay in Dubai!

We were pleasantly surprised throughout our entire stay, from the beautiful two-bedroom apartment overlooking the sea to the thoughtful arrival amenity and welcome letter. It was the perfect place to relax at the end of a fast-paced week - every staff member we encountered went out of their way to be helpful. We also loved how we felt like we were in a small private resort with a dedicated waterfall pool and international restaurant directly in front of our building.

Had an incredible trip here. The service and staff were exceptional. Spa filled up quickly so we couldn’t get the booking we wanted, so book sooner rather than later. Housekeeping and concierge were phenomenal. If I am very picky, I would say it would be nice to have an adults only pool, rather than a small section behind the pool however, it is a family friendly hotel, and in the future we would absolutely come back with the kids. One of the more relaxing places I have stayed in Dubai. Rooms are so beautiful and comfortable.

Bentong and Charlene made my stay extra special. This is an amazing hotel. Fully lives up to the 5 stars and has something for everyone. From the amazing rooms to so many different restaurants and bars, 5 main pools, massive private beach access, water sports, spa, salons, club lounge, it is incredible. Not to mention such an amazing location. Everything about this property is top class. I would definitely come and stay here again and bring my family.

We stayed at Sofitel for 9 nights and it was such a great experience. The hotel was great, but I honestly think the staff is what made the trip. Kind, caring and welcoming would best describe every interaction we had. We tried all the restaurants and the food and service were all great. I have to specifically mention the service which we received from Krishantha at Replay Bar. His service was top tier, the cocktails were some of the best I had on the trip and his kind and friendly manner in which he interacted with us daily will be remembered for a long time. He is truly an asset to the hotel. Thanks to all the staff for a memorable stay!
