I recently stayed at the St. Regis Hotel on Saadiyat Island and had a wonderful experience. I booked a room as a gift for my friends who just got married, while I stayed with my mom and daughter. There was a bit of a misunderstanding during check-in regarding a special offer, but the staff, particularly Elena and Lucky, handled the situation with incredible patience. They went above and beyond to ensure my friends' honeymoon was memorable and even informed all the staff we encountered about the situation. Every staff member I met addressed us by name and was fully aware of the check-in issue, which made us feel truly cared for. Elena and Lucky's proactive approach and attention to detail left a lasting impression. Thank you for making our stay so special. My family, especially my daughter, and I can’t wait to return. Although we live in Dubai, your hotel holds a special place in our hearts whenever we need to unwind.

Visited the hotel few times and the service has been consistently downgrading. Most recent experience was the most disappointing with heavy construction work going all day long and night. I had to go down to the reception at 1AM to ask for the manager to make it stop! Which by the way did not happen! To my great surprise the work continued without stopping the entire night. During the day the work is persistent, and a moment like having breakfast in a construction site is being normal with none of the senior staff being surprised or concerned that their guests are experiencing this level of service. Few guests were also complaining but it didn’t seem to bother the staff. The night manager confirmed that they have the right to do work 24/7 which is more frustrating as the hotel should limit occupancy in this case. I believe that the management has prioritized short term gains over level of service, which I don’t believe is a good initiative to support the brand perception.

Your staff was incredibly friendly and kind, making the entire experience very enjoyable. This was my first time staying at your hotel, and I was truly impressed. The hotel is luxurious and elegant, exceeding my expectations in every way. As someone who pays close attention to detail, I was particularly pleased with how well-maintained and refined everything was. The rooms were very spacious and beautifully designed, and I appreciated the cleanliness of all the facilities. St. Regis hotels worldwide have always been among my favorites, and once again, your property lived up to that standard. While this might sound a bit amusing, I did request during my phone reservation to celebrate my recent purchase of a new car, but unfortunately, that wasn't arranged. Nonetheless, it was still a wonderful experience overall in the beautiful capital, Abu Dhabi.

My family and I recently stayed at the St. Regis Hotel and were thoroughly impressed by the luxurious ambiance and beautiful beach. The hotel truly provides a feeling of opulence and tranquility, making our stay unforgettable. I would like to give a special mention to Francis, a staff member at the beach. His kindness and attentiveness stood out during our stay. When I accidentally spilled my drink, Francis promptly replaced it without hesitation. Additionally, he noticed that I had returned to my beach chair after leaving something behind and quickly came over to assist me. Such exceptional service and attention to detail made our experience at St. Regis even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Recently visited the hotel for a quick gateway. Experience wasn’t great and definitely expected much more for such a known hospitality spot. Room wasn’t ready on time and we finally got it, it smelled of cigarettes. After several discussions and complaints room was changed. Dinner at the Greek restaurant was not good at all. Food didn’t taste close to Greek. While being at the pool there was a group of people playing their own loud music and no one said anything to them that it could disturb others. We will not return having so many other great options around.
