This hotel is absolutely lovely. The rooms was bright, spacious and immaculately clean. The rooms are well stocked with water and toiletries, the staff are lovely and very close to Burj Khalifa. The only issue ( which is something probably out of their control) is the pool area is in the shade after midday and the smell of south Asian spices/cooking is present in the lobby and pool areas (food is delicious btw). This aside I would recommend a stay here.

The entire team went above and beyond to make the occasion truly special, thoughtfully arranging a delicious cake and a lovely gift that touched our hearts. The hospitality throughout our stay was nothing short of exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A heartfelt thank you to Mansiji, Ansuji, and Mayankji for your extra kindness and personal touches — you made us feel right at home. A big shout-out as well to the housekeeping team for their impeccable service and attention to detail. Every corner of the room was spotless, and the thoughtful little gestures did not go unnoticed. The warmth, professionalism, and care shown by the entire Taj Dubai team made our celebration unforgettable. We’re so grateful for the wonderful memories you helped create!
