- Rooms are clean with a nice bar, I was totally satisfied.
- You can find a lot of restaurants around the hotel and inside it.
- Breakfast is perfect! Many options are available.
- The hotel might be crowded from time to time, but I didn’t feel disturbed.
- Check-in and check-out procedure is fast and they’re helpful.

Stopped recently at the Taj Hotel in Dubai and found the hotel, service and location excellent. Its hard to pick a special point when the standards have been so high but I would like to give a big shout out to Sai "Top Barman in Dubai". He was always smiling, happy and could not do enough for guests. Top man.

Had great experience staying at this place recently. From location to staff n service, everything was top notch. Truly felt we were welcomed and cared for by everyone’s impeccable service. Rooms were spacious, clean n comfortable, ambience was serene with great amenities like spa, gym, pool, sauna and restaurants. Food was amazing specially the breakfast. Missed visiting the roof top restaurant but I bet it has great view of downtown n burj khalifa as it was very close by. Taxis are available right outside the hotel n they offer complimentary shuttle to Dubai mall as well. Was bit expensive and ended up booking 2 rooms for 4 may be due to holiday season but was worth it. Highly recommend it. Thanks for your wonderful service n making our stay memorable.
